We just got home when I heard Alec muttering to himself where even other werewolves couldn't hear it. "Why him...Does everything...Gets her more.." He took me off of Alex's back,"Why do you spend more time with him and not me?" I smiled,"I don't do it purposely, if you want to spend some time together, just ask." He shook his head really quickly, and when he stopped, his eyes were black and he was shaking,"Why should I ask, YOU'RE my mate, so YOU should want to spend time with ME!" I sighed out,"I do but I can't spend every second by your side." He went back to playful then,"Really, I'll have to duct tape you!" I tried to escape, "No duct tape!" Then he was back to scary again. He sat me down and went to Alex."Your the reason she doesn't want to spend time with me! She's always with you! Riding on your back, or just getting to hold her!" I jumped in, saying,"He didn't do anything to you so chill out, and I do-" "He did everything! Always everyone's favorite boy!" He slammed him into the wall screaming, "How bout that, pretty boy?!" I grabbed on his arm and pulled but he wouldn't get off. Finally I got right in his ear and screamed,"GET OFF!!" He jerked back and fell in pain. I looked over the bloodied, bruised Alex. I could tell from the health classes I took, he has cracked ribs and black eyes. I placed his ribs back into place and pulled him inside to rest on the couch. He's actually heavier than he looks. I laid him on the couch and put part of my force field around him. When we were reading in the library, I found it in a book. So I left part of it with him and went to the kitchen and made us some lunch. I left it on the table and went to ask Alec if he wanted some soup, but when I found him, he was fighting a vampire, which caught my scent and looked at me and started flying towards me. Alec grabbed a stake and staked him in the heart. Just as the vampire bit him. They both died instantly. I dropped to my knees and laid on his chest. I stayed like that, crying until Alex found us. I explained what happened to him and he said,"It's the beginning of a were-vamp war." I nodded and cried into Alex's shoulder. He held me until we took the corpse of Alec James Barely and buried him after saying a few words. Alec's mark disappeared from my neck, it made the pain lessen , but not by much. Alex took me to a room I haven't been in yet. "Office" reading my mind without a care. I rolled my eyes. "Crazy mate." He chuckled, but it was a sad chuckle. Just not the same. "Why are we in your office?". "We have to call the vampires to see what happens". Alex typed in a number very quickly and but it to his ear just as the person on the other line replied,"Hello? How may I help you?"
