Part 13

"I heard that someone is talking shit, about Eijirou", Bakugo raised a brow "so tell me... what is it?"

"Did you know he is gay?", Mineta rolled his eyes "he who always preaches to be super manly and stuff. That's just disgusting. I know you understand me, man. Tell him how disgusting that is Bakugo".

"I sure will", Bakugo said and turned around to face Kirishima who looked at him with slight confusion but he knew he could trust his boyfriend so he wasn't afraid. He was just a little unprepared because he had no clue what would be happening now. Would Bakugo put up an act so no one would find about about them. Would he just say he doesn't care and keep their relationship a secret longer. Would he maybe tell everyone about them and settle it? Kirishima had many ideas how this could go. Bakugo would make it short and they would all be gone in a minute. Well he thought. But then Bakugo stepped closer and surprised him and everyone else when he stared deeply into Kirishima's eyes.

"I want you to listen to me very closely now okay? Because I am gonna tell you exactly how disgusting it is that you are gay okay?", Bakugo spoke so loudly that everyone could hear him.

The whole room was quiet as Bakugo lifted his hand. Some held their breath afraid of what was happening. But Kirishima trusted Bakugo with his life and just kept the eye contact. Bakugo lay his hand on Kirishimas cheek and rubbed his thumb over it softly.

"That question... it's ridiculous... how disgusting you are? Not at all. Does it make you any less manly? Hell no. One has to be really manly to be with someone like me", Bakugo said and Kirishima looked at him wide eyed "and god am I thankful that you chose to be with me. I am impulsive and mean and loud and I know I am more times an asshole than I am not but you were tough enough to break these walls down to see what's behind. No one here is manlier than you are. Not even me".

"Katsuki...", Kirishima gaped at him and Bakugo smiled softly.

"I mean it Eijiro", Bakugo watched his face carefully as if he was afraid then he took a deep breath "I love you".

"You...", Kirishima gulped and Bakugo's hand on his cheek started shivering and he attempted to pull it away but Kirishima lay his own on top of it and searched for Bakugo's eyes with his own and soon found them "I love you too, Katsuki".

"You do?", Bakugo looked at him wide eyed but then a smile spread across his face "you do!"

"Of course I do", Kirishima chuckled at his boyfriend's suprise "sometimes I wonder if you are the idiot after all".

"No, it's definetly you for being with me", Bakugo frowned.

"Stop that already. You have never hurt me. Ever. You have been there for me in your own way and you trusted me and I always knew I could trust you. And let's be honest you are the sweetest person I know when we are alone", Kirishima smiled when Bakugo blushed "I would be stupid  not to love you".

"How can you be so perfect?", Bakugo smiled at him and it was Kirishima's time to blush.

"I am not", Kirishima just mumbled to that and looked down.

"But you're pretty close", Bakugo lifted his face and Kirishima could see the honesty in his eyes.

"Wait does that mean Bakugo is a fag too?", Mineta asked and Kirishima winced again at the word.

"Well based on the fact that you didn't get that from what you just listened to I guess we can now safely say you are an actual idiot, you fucking grape", Bakugo said calmly and that was a hell of a lot scarier than when he yelled "but if it's necessary I can spell it out for you. Eijirou and I are in a relationship. We have been for the last two months. He hasn't slept a night in his own room since we are living here at the UA dorms. We have kissed. A lot. Oh I have seen him naked as well. And damn he looks so good naked. So fucking manly. Unlike you, you ugly asshat. Going around telling people what they should be and what they shouldn't. Do you actually have any sort of social skills inside that small purple head of yours? Or are you just an asshole?"

"Are you kidding me? Are you trying to tell me that I am the weird one when you just told everyone that you had sex with Kirishima?", Mineta spoke up against him "You are not normal!"

"Shut the fuck up", it was Midorya who had jumped out of his seat "you are in no position to tell people if they are normal or not. There is no normal, Mineta! Just because you don't support it doesn't mean it's wrong. And honestly hating on someone just because they are in love is the worst. It doesn't matter if they love a man or a woman. They are our friends and we support them alright? End of the discussion. And if you are not able to do that then I am afraid that I can't be your friend after all".

Everyone looked at the green haired boy in shock. Especially Bakugo. He had been the worst person towards Midorya for the last twelve years or so. He had downright hated the boy, just because he was afraid he could be better than him. He was the worst. And he recognized that now as said boy stood up for him. Because he just was that good of a human.

He took a deep breath and let go of Kirishima's hand as he took a step towards his childhood friend. Mineta had started to talk against Deku, but Bakugo couldn't hear what that idiot was saying.

"Shut up, you piece of shit", he spat at the purple haired boy and then turned towards the boy that had stood up for him and Kirishima. He looked at him for a second. Seeing fear in his eyes. He was afraid of him and he was damn right to be. Bakugo gave him every right to be. But in that moment he just felt sorry. He wanted to be just as good of a human as Deku was. For the first time since his childhood he listened to his heart instead of his head when acting towards the smaller boy.

"Thank you", he exhaled a deep breath as if he felt great relief but felt that he needed to take another step to feel better, so he took another step and pulled the other boy into his arms hesitantly "I am so fucking sorry".
