The doorbell rang, freeing the cooking man from his trance. He raised a perfectly waxed eyebrow before humming his way to the entrance. He opened the door and faced to meet ----- no one? Baekhyun walked a few more steps north to check if anyone had been messing with him but alas, no one seemed to be there.

EXO's former vocalist skipped back to his apartment but not before spying the small movement from his door's mailbox. Going behind his door to check if any mail could be found, there was definitely paper in there. Snatching what seemed to be a lacey crusted white enveloped with a loopy calligraphy font.

He gasped jokingly before dramatically announcing to himself, "Ohhh! I'm invited to a wedding!"

He maniacally giggled, "Oh Sehun's a changed man." He threw the letter somewhere in the clutter of his desk before going back to cook bacon.

Jisoo nodded to herself, assuring herself that everything will go perfectly fine. She wouldn't have a massive breakdown, and she wouldn't have the urge to take this day slowly. No, this is going to be a perfectly good day.

She twirled a strand of her expertly fashioned hair in nervousness. Jisoo sat in tremor, could she pull this off? Could she? She had no answer to that so she stiffly sat on the chair while the hired hairdressers and helpers helped her on her gown.

"You look absolutely stunning Ms. Kim." One had said as she manicured the former idol's nails. Jisoo smiled at the compliment, shaking her head as she idly went back to daydreaming.

Jennie went to check on her. The girl had already finished her own routine and wanted to see how Jisoo was handling her own.

"I think you'll do just fine Soo," Jennie said, taking a high stool chair to match Jisoo's. "And if you can't, we'll always have your back."

A genuine gummy smile entered the scene and Jisoo could do nothing but give her own kind. Her best friend held her hand, intertwining their fingers. They stayed like that for a moment before Jennie had to be called by her partner as the groomsmen and bridesmaid were to take a picture.

As Jisoo sat their still waiting to be finished she saw a lying invitation card on the top of the vanity. Picking it up and bringing it to her eye level. One tear fell out of her eyes, she quickly wiped them away. She had not wanted to mess up the others hard work.

"You're invited to our wedding." She breathed out in hushed whispers. "This is the day Oh Sehun an---- aish you're getting too ahead of yourself Sooyah!" Oh, how emotional she was today, and yet she smiled. This was a wonderful day and nothing could say otherwise.

After what seemed like forever Jisoo was finally done. The hairdressers and helpers looked proudly at their finished product. Ushering her after they finished cooing as the next one came in the line.

They still had plenty of time before they go to the church where the true event was held. The lady couldn't wait to hear those cheering wedding bells if only ----

Her train of thoughts stopped momentarily when she was met with a pair of grazing eyes. She looked away before smiling up towards her accident buddy.

"I wasn't looking where I was supposed to look, I do apologize for that Jisoo-ssi." He scratched his nape as his ears grew a tint of pink. The man looked quite adorable if Jisoo does say herself.

She smiled delightfully. "No problem Taeyong-ssi. Just been out of it too, I guess."

His eyes grew wide as they awkwardly stood in front of each other. Taeyong held his thumb towards the direction of the small café in the building.
