The Princess happily frolicked around the grass, not a care in the world. She held out her hands to let the little birds perch on top of her long, slender fingers - he noticed she usually liked to do that. Once one had decided to land in her hands The Princess gently enveloped them around the small chick and fondly rubbed it, the little one seemed to enjoy it just as much. All the knight could do was watch by her side, still feeling lucky he got to watch such sight.

The youngest princess always woke up early in the morning, on some occasions however she just slept in. The routine assigned for her was always followed, it was a perpetual schedule. She'd first bathe in the sensual waters filled with rose petals prepared by the servants, her morning lessons would shortly begin after a morning meal, a few hours to herself, and then lessons again, and the very last thing would be to have dinner with the entire lineup and repeat the day with a nice sleep.

The young lady finished off her bath, the servants came in and dressed her up. Silken robes and emerald heels were brought to her and arranged on her frame.

Busting through the door she exuded her potential energy before, greeting everyone she sees, "Beautiful day everyone!"

All in path smiled back at her, greeting the princess with the utter most respect.

Slowing down her steps when she came face to face with her private knight - her father had personally assigned him to be her guard 24/7.

"Good morning to you, Sir. Sehun!" Grabbing his arm and leading him to the kitchen, the knight already used to the princess' tactics. He let her pull him to the table as they both sat down, later standing up and leaving only the princess seated.

Noticing this she pulled him down to her side, even with her thin arms she managed to make him sit down, and yet he only stood up once more.

Sehun bowed his head, "Your Highness knows the rules. I will dutifully follow them as it is what I am for."

Even so, she huffed down finding a solution to her problem, recalling all those plays she watched before something may seem to work. A devilish smirk reigned her face, turning her head left to right and when nobody was looking she clasped her hands around the knights face, rubbing smooth circles around his - very soft - plump cheeks.

His eyes grew wide, Jisoo could only grin back bringing him to sit down beside her. The Princess snatched his hand with her right and, even though she was right-handed, began eating with her left hand. Ushering the knight beside her to take a bite of the food. "Princess!"

Princess Jisoo's eyebrows met at the middle, looking pointedly at Sehun, challenging him. She could see him worry however there were no longer other people, only the two of them. So the former shrugged relaxed before piercing a piece of sunny-side eggs and lowering it to the latter's mouth.

"Princess, please stop what you are doing."

"Why would I? It's fun to see you panic!"

She giggled softly, the eggs now in the knight's mouth being chewed up and enjoyed. Her hand found its way to his face once more, admiring him agonizingly, and shortly after retrieving back to its post when she realized what she's done. Sehun's expression was not short of any surprise and fear.

"I'm sorry..."

-

Princess Jisoo had always found herself attracted to the man tasked to follow her, she didn't quite know if it was because he looked absolutely stunning or that she found his humor ridiculously satisfying. Whether it'd be from one or both she somehow found herself in a mission to win his heart - even if it seemed forbidden.

She found him where he usually is, behind her, trudging behind her back and attentively looking at whatever she does. Her head whipped towards a patch of random dandelions and plucking out the most exotic looking one, hoping to elicit some sort of reaction from the knight.

The said knight raised a thick brow before pursuing to take the 'dangerous' flower from the princess' hand, missing an inch short and instead held on to Jisoo's hand.

"Oh." She released, the flower dropped back down. Sehun looked away in shame, and yet Jisoo noticed that he hadn't let go of her hand, at this, she smiled. Tightening her hold on him and continued to walk down towards the north meadow - farther from the prying eyes of the castle.

"You know, why don't I just marry you!"

His head shot up instantly, this was against code. Remembering what would happen to her and to him if that were to happen, cruel things could happen - very cruel things. So the knight shook his head, "You are a princess, your highness. Future Queens rule with Prince's by their sides----- not knights."

"Last time I checked I wasn't the Crowned Princess." She grinned up at him, ignoring his warning. "Joohyun would be at most upset when she'd hear that, wouldn't she?"

Silence consumed both for a second, still walking north - hands still joined as if nothing's wrong in the world.

Deciding whether she'd drop it or not, the former choice won. "And besides aren't Prince's charming?"

"I suppose that's one natural trai---"

"You're more than that!"

His mind clouded with the thought, him charming is highly absurd. Nevertheless, his heartbeat fast, running almost.

All the while Sehun was busy day-dreaming for what seemed like the first time, the princess abruptly took a short spun then stopping right in front of the knight. Bumping onto the Princess and stopping in his tracks.

"You know, if only I weren't a princess. I'd easily woo you, don't you think?"

It was a quick reminder for the both of them of what kind of society they live in, he was a merely a knight following the footsteps of his father, she was a princess - a princess of the biggest kingdom. He'd be quick to agree with her but he wouldn't want to give her the impression that he'd agree with what she's planning.

He let go of her hands, moving back from afar, and smiling towards her. "I am at your service, your highness." He could tell she frowned as she turned to eye back their way to the north.

"Still thinking it won't work, eh?"

"It really won't."
