Previously:

Ito spent the the next three months with Team 7, completing missions and such. Him surprising the others on his ninjutsu and sword skills. Making them want to train their best as well.

" Why did you make us wait so long ttebayo'!?!?"

" Well, the chunin exams are coming up. I decided you are all qualified to sign up for it." Kakashi states.

Their preparation for the exams begin.

[12] Glow-down

With the Chunin exams coming up, everyone focused most of their time on training.

Meanwhile Ito, who spent the day resting. Being under the Second Hokage's training drained him quite a bit that he didn't get enough sleep during the days in there.

Though, his objective for sleeping the entire day was halted. Due to a knuckle head ninja banging on his door and calling his name numerous times.

He trudged to his door and opened it, revealing a shouting blonde.

" ITO! Aren't you going to be training dattebayo?!"

" I'm tired.. give me motivation." Yawned Ito.

Naruto then thought about it, " After training we can get ramen!-" The door closed on him and opened a second later. Revealing Ito dressed up in his usual ninja attire, with his bag.

" Alright, let's go." Ito states, now fully awake. Naruto smiled knowing his plan worked before jogging to the training grounds, with Ito following behind.

" EHHHH!!?"

" Sorry you are going to be studying all this." Ito tossed the bundle of scrolls to Naruto.

" Why do I have to read this?!"

" Because you are Naruto Uzumaki, an Uzumaki. They were known for being the best at fuinjutsu. You probably would get the hang of this stuff because.."

' That and because I can't understand that crap and it will come in handy.'

Naruto squinted his eyes at Ito and crossed his arms until he thought of something. He began chuckling in an arrogant tone.

" Of course I will dattebayo! This will be easy, believe it." He confidently stated and pointed his thumb to his chest while smiling bright.

" Good, now what will I do hm." Ito dropped his bag close to the tree and sat against it.

He then closed his eyes and took a good  deep breath and relaxed. Ito wanted to try meditating to see if it would do any good with his chakra control.

He concentrated and try to clear out his mind, though he felt some chakra signature nearby.

' Passerby? Squirrel?'

" Huh? OH Sakura-chan!" Naruto happily called.

Sakura came out from behind a tree with an embarrassed smile having been discovered. Ito facepalmed while trying not to laugh. Then he suddenly thought of an idea.

" Hey Sakura come train with us." Ito stated and waved her over so did Naruto.

" I was just um walking around.." Sakura nervously spoke when she walked over to them.
