Error: Powers Are Out of Control

I turn around and look outside to see this police officer holding a megaphone in his hand with an angry expression on his face, beside him four other police officers are present. I could also see people just behind the officer, watching the scene unfold and chattering amongst themselves. I squinted my eyes, being blinded by the red and blue lights of the police car.

I then approached Tommy who had a fear stricken face, with tears rapidly falling from his eyes. I kneeled down to him and caressed his cheek, which caused him to look at me.

"What happened?" I ask quietly, making my voice sound soft to soothe him. He just sobs harder and pulls me into an embrace.

"I-i didn't... I di-didn't m-mean for any of t-this to happen.." He says as he sniffs and hiccups erupt from him here the there when he said it.

"Didn't mean for what to happen?" I ask again, furrowing my eyebrows in confusion as I hugged him back. I looked to my left and see the dog resting his head on Tommy's crouched back as if to say 'I'm here for you'.

Tommy's heart wrenching sobs gets drowned out by the still blaring police sirens at the background. I just continued to hold him, to let him know that I'm here for him. He slowly pulls away from me, and as he opens his mouth to speak, the police officer interrupts.

"I'm giving you to the count of three before we come in there and take you by force!" He shouts once again, anger and frustration evident in his tone. I shook my head, anger taking over me, as I stand up to face the officer.

"One!" He starts counting.

"What are you doing?" I hear Tommy ask me, his voice raspy from crying. To which I crack my knuckles at.

"I don't know, but I know that I'm going to do something to him." I start to walk out, but Tommy pulls me to him.

"Two!"

"A-are you crazy? H-he's gonna hur-hurt you!" He exclaims as he stutters. My eyes soften at him, and decide to stay with him instead.

"Let's just go outside, yeah?" I say to him, and held his hand. Raising it to my lips to kiss it gently. I see his eyes hesitate, not wanting to take me with him, but just nods in agreement.

"Three!" He finishes as we both step out our house, hand in hand, dog joining with us with his canines out in a threatening manner.

They wasted no time to take out their taser guns and point it towards Tommy. This made dog growl lowly, and me stepping forwards slightly. The police officer smirked, and walked towards Tommy. Dog barked at him loudly, but he doesn't pay the dog any mind.

Tommy faces the ground, almost guiltily, as he lets go of my hand. Suddenly the police officer punches Tommy in the face with so much strength that Tommy falls backwards. That's when chaos started.

One of the police officers grabbed me and pulled me away from Tommy. As the other three tased him with their taser guns. Tommy screams in pain, I can't do anything but watch the scene unfold in front of me, I felt tears cascade my face as they still wouldn't stop tasing him. I start to thrash around the police officer holding me, trying to break free.

Dog immediately runs forward to tackle one of the cops, but was tossed aside by the officer who punched my brother in the face. I was about to scream for them to stop, when I felt my great pain in my head. I gasped loudly and shut my eyes tightly. Shaking my head, I start to hold back my pain filled sobs as I drop to the floor. The police officer then let goes of me, and watches me curiously.
