let's just say yoongi wasn't in his element. parties had never been his thing, him preferring to stay home in his studio writing or making music. it isn't like he had any reason to be there anyway, considering all his friends were drunk off their asses and had ditched him not long ago.

suddenly, yoongi remembered the one other person he knew at that party. pulling out his phone, he pulled up hoseok's contact and texted him asking his whereabouts. a reply came shortly after, telling him to go into the room on the first left after leaving the main room. he had said(or rather yoongi had deciphered; he could tell hoseok was at least halfway drunk, but he was willing to let yoongi not be surrounded by only strangers) that he and some others were playing games in there.

upon walking in, yoongi rolled his eyes at the sight of his friends. they had abandoned him to play party games. he sighed, sitting down in the group to try to join in a little so that he wouldn't be bored out of his mind. when the games had subsided slightly, less people playing and more people just shouting random stuff for someone to do, yoongi went to the bathroom to try to get some air.

yoongi's phone buzzed in his pocket when he was in there, and he heard no one waiting for him to leave so he thought it wouldn't hurt to check it. unlocking it and clicking the notification, he chuckled slightly at the message. it was that 'jhope' person again, spelling his stage name wrong once more. he was, admittedly, a little bit tipsy so he decided to begin typing a reply. quickly deleting it and shaking his head, he decided he wouldn't reply until the dude got his name right.

he walked back into the room, scrolling through his instagram feed mindlessly when he received another message. clicking on it, he rolled his eyes and went back to scrolling after seeing yet another spelling mistake.
