The vortex swirled around and around, finally dropping me, Werhal, Narina, Meg, and Seri down in front of a yellow house in a populated neighborhood. "We are here, at the final dwelling of the Warrior." Narina said, shaking her body and walking toward the house. The rest of us followed her, and I pushed open the door. Narina and I stepped inside, and as soon as we had, we saw a boy, about one year older than me, laying on his bed in a room across the hall, playing a video game. When he didn't respond, I stepped forward and said, "Hi," That got his attention. He jumped up in the bed and yelped, "Aah! How did you get in here?!" then Narina stepped forward. "And WHOA! What the heck is that thing?! Why are all of you creepy guys in my house!?" Narina sighed. "We've come to take you into my world. You are part of a prophesy there, so you need to come with us to fulfill it. Let's just say that it is your destiny," then she looked at me. "Humans care about destinies, correct?" "Yup. Well, I think so." I responded, nodding. "But... Hi? I'm Ethan. I'm part of the prophesy, too. This is Narina," I told the boy, indicating Narina." my bond. And you really do have to come with us, though. There are a bunch of evil dragons trying to kill Narina's species and take over her world. Or something like that. But please, please, believe us." "You sure this isn't a prank?! 'Cause if it is, then I'm gonna call the police," He said, raising his eyebrow. "Umm, no this isn't a prank," I told him. "Oh. Well... I'm Mica." he responded. Before we could say any more, Narina stepped forward and calmly said to Mica, "Come with us. You need to, and your parents have been told of your mission." "But... But... But my parents would have never let me go like this!" he cried. Narina chuckled lightly. "Oh, they didn't. We had to put them in a time loop, but they'll be fine." Mica started to object, but Narina finally made him understand. Mica followed us out of the house, and stood speechless when he saw Seri and Werhal. Werhal walked forward to stand by Mica's side. Mica jumped at his action, then exclaimed, "Whoa! Do you guys feel like a... tingling or something!? And double whoa! This wolf guy looks just like the one I saw a couple days ago!" Narina nodded and said, "The tingling means that you have bonded with your Warrior. Welcome, Warrior Red." she bowed her head for a moment, than walked back to the sidewalk and opened the teleporting portal once more. Mica yelped when he saw the vortex open up. "Do I... Do I have to jump in that, like on TV?" he asked. "Yup. Pretty much," I replied, preparing to step into the portal. "Alright. You may start going in. I shall go last to ensure that the Warrior Red gets through safely." The rest of us all nodded and began stepping into the portal, letting it whisk us to Narina's world, leaving us awaiting the adventure to come.
