Trainees are given grades and ranks. Those improve over time, but if you want your trainee to debut fast, you can boost him/her with those weekly extra activities!
For ALL Trainees: [Choose a Category, with min. 50 points!]

—> Vocalists: a video of a song cover
—>Rappers: a video of a cover of a rap song
[Just comment the name of your Trainee, and the link to a YouTube Video, it doesn't have to be your Faceclaim! Please Solo for Vocalists and Rappers, up to three people for Dancers, please tell me which one your trainee is. You can send in videos which shows more of your trainees, or trainees you have befriended.]
We will grade your video like this: [Up to two videos per trainee]
1. Not sent in - No changes [Up to 3 Weeks, then downgrading]
2. Sent in, not good performance - No changes [if this happens often, you might get downgraded]
3. Sent in, satisfactory outcome - Upranking (1 Grade)
4. Sent in, amazing performance - Upranking (Up to 3 Grades)
