Scarecrow ——————— When the quirk is in use those around are filled with a sense of fear and dread. Can appear and reappear like a scarecrow in a horror movie. Is a mutation quirk hence forth giving the user a scarecrow like face. And instead of bleeding if they are cut hay spills out. (Picture of face and wound below)
