Gogo's POV
"Okay, so tell us what exactly happened." I told Abigail.
"This man t-told me h-he'd get m-m-my father out of pr-p-prison if I d-destroyed Hiro Hamada..."
"What?!?" we all said in unison.
"Who is this man?"
"I don't know! I just met him in the alley. He's probably rich, he even offered me a hundred dollars."
"I think I know who this man is." Hiro spoke up.
"Tell us!" said Fred excitedly.
"I think it's the guy I beat back then when I..." Hiro bit his lip.
"Spit it out!" Fred said.
"Back when I sort of bot-fighted... illegally."
"What?!?"
Awkward...
"Anyways, he was like the best at bot-fighting, well, not until I beat him and destroyed his bot."
"It does make sense, but what about the hundred dollars thing?" I asked.
"He earned a lot on those bot fights until I won his money but since I'm not bot-fighting anymore, he probably reclaimed his title."
"Wait. What about the new upgrades?"
"I completely forgot! Meet me at the café later after we take Abigail back to her home."
"Sure."
Wait, he invited me to the café! Calm down, Gogo, it's only for the upgrades. But then again, he could've invited all of us.
