I just woke up in my new house in a new town to start a new life. That's what I am hoping for, a new life without those selfish bitches ruining every little thing I do. I've been through a lot in the past year. Wearing black can make an entire school hate and harass you. Everything I do turns into a twisted rumor. I have colored hair and hide myself behind makeup and dark colors. People can't accept the real me, but I'm not going to change for them. Maybe a smaller school in a smaller town will help me keep sane. I will be perfectly happy if people keep away and leave me alone. I'm fine with being a loner, I would be happiest. For my first day of school I straighten my blue hair as usual and throw on some makeup. I say goodbye to my mom and here I go. I avoid the bus and decide to walk. I get my brother Andrew and we go to the elementary to drop him off. I walk into the front doors of the high school and into the office. I get my classes and try not to be noticed. I get a few slurs yelled at me as I walk by but that's expected. I walk into my algebra class and sit far from other people. I see a group of girls staring and laughing at me. The blonde says "Nice, the new kids an emo." The rest of the girls giggle as class starts. I get through and pad to my study hall. I really hope this won't be the same as my freshman year.
