I followed the saltysaurus all the way to his house. The walk was silent but comfortable. I felt bad for forcing people to take care of me all the time. Why couldn't I ever do anything for myself?

"Turn around," Tsukishima put a hand in front of me, stopping in his tracks.

"Wait, why-"

"Just walk the other way!" He nudged my shoulders and turned around, walking in the opposite direction.

"Tsukkkiiiii~" a voice called from behind my back.

"We've been spotted," he gripped my shoulders, sweating. Why is the all mighty Saltyshima sweating?

"Tsukki-babe, why are you trying to hide from me? Is that your girlfriend? Tsukki-babe, you're such a player!" I turned around, expecting some stranger, but it was Aki!

"Aki!? Why are you here!?" I pointed a finger at her. She was from my volleyball team at Ōkami.

"Oh, I could ask you the same thing, (y/n)," she put a hand on her hip, cocking her head to the side.

"I was....uh-"

"I was helping her study," Saltyshima interjected, still transfixed to the sidewalk. "What are you doing here?"

"Me?" She placed a hand dramatically against her cheek. "I was coming over to ask for a faaaavor~"

"No."

"I haven't even asked yet! I wanted to know," she reached for the bag at her side, pulling something out. (It's not a gun).

"If you could help me with my homework," she giggled nervously and scratched her head. Tsukki sighed.

"Fine, but put on a real shirt!" I then realized that she was wearing nothing but a sports bra, a jacket, and a pair of running shorts. Of course.

We walked inside and Aki made herself comfortable on his couch.

"What are you doing?" Salty questioned, getting something from his kitchen.

"Getting ready to study, Tsukki-babe," she sat up and pulled a plethora of homework sheets from her bag.

"(Y/n), can I see you in the kitchen?" Tsukishima turned the corner, motioning for me to follow.

"Oh, uh, sure," I straitened out my shirt and followed. "What is it you wanted to-"

"What did your brother mean by 'You know what you did' in his text?"

"Oh, uuuh, well," I sighed. "I never had a good relationship with him, but he convinced me that it was normal. I never talked about it with other kids, so once I did, they told their parents and.....it all spiraled from there. He was arrested and he blamed me for it," I smiled. "But I don't mind! He was a jerk anyways!"

"You don't have to pretend you're ok with it," he took a bite of an apple. "If your brother was that bad, you can admit it," I was shocked by the reaction.

"You're right, he was a jerk and I just wanna....wanna...punch him in the face!" He laughed. "Why're you laughing!?"

"You look ridiculous," he pointed to my puffed out cheeks.

"Jerk," I mumbled while he only continued to laugh.

"Tsukki-babe!~" Aki called from the living room. "Are you going to help me study or not?"

"Ugh, coming!" He threw the apple away and walked off. Maybe Saltyshima isn't so salty after all.
