A-C-E (Asahi x reader)

Bus Talk

As soon as we stepped onto the bus, my team bombarded me with questions.

"So, who was that tall boy?"

"Do you think he's cute?"

"Guys stop it! First of all, he has a name, its Asahi Azumane. Second of all, I don't like him. Third of all, you have no opinion on this matter because Tomiken is the only one who's ever had a boyfriend!"

"Ugh, fine. I guess you're right."

"Wait, Tomiken had a boyfriend!?" Keiko yelled from the seat behind me.

"Well yeah. She was dating that Oikawa guy from Aoba Josai."

Tomiken began blushing in the corner.

"Well, why did you break up?"

Tomiken took a sip from her water bottle and slammed it back down on the seat next to her.

"Because he was a jerk, that's why!"

"What do you mean by that?" Keiko's voice was quieter than before.

"I mean he only cared about himself, but he did look pretty good in glasses."

Everyone let out a laugh. At that moment, I couldn't help but think about Asahi, and how his laugh made me smile, and whenever our eyes met, it sent shivers down my spine.

Keiko shook me out of my trance.

"So, (y/n). Are you ever gonna text Asahiiiii?"

She said this a little too loudly, and everyone on the bus heard.

"WHAAAAA!! You got his number?!" Yurata shouted from the seat across from me.

"Yes, I did! But you don't have to make it a big deal!"

"But it is a big deal!" she cheered.

"Why am I even friends with all of you?" I stammered out.

Once they all settled down, I discretely grabbed my phone and typed in the numbers from the paper. I texted a simple, 'Hi', and waited for the response.

Only moments later, I received a 'Hello, is this (y/n)?' 'Yes,' I responded. I couldn't help but blush.

Keiko peered over my shoulder, her over-sized shirt bunching up around her neck.

"Are you texting Asahi already?" She said this a little quieter, making sure nobody else would hear.

"Yeah." I gave a slight laugh and showed her my phone.

"Awww, love at first sight, just like the fairy tales."

I slightly blushed as Keiko sat back down.

Oof, I know this a little shorter, but I have nothing better to do at the moment. I'm trying to connect my story to @Spaghetti_Cat's characters and storyline.
