So I've been seeing this cute head canon of Tony giving kisses to everyone as a sign of affection, and everyone flipping out over it. So, I wanted to write it :)

Third Person P.O.V
The first time it happened was a couple months after the New York incident with Loki. Thor was in Asgard with said God of Mischief while the rest of the Avengers were gathered around in the common room in the tower.
Now, it was rare for them all -besides Thor of course- to be present, because of missions, other businesses -Stark-, and other personal matters.
When they were together, however, it was spent doing what anyone expected Earth's mightiest heroes to be doing in their free time...
"Doctor!"
Tony nodded and gestures frantically to the couch next to the doctor.
The Avengers were playing Pictionary.
"Therapist!" Bruce tried again.
Tony nodded again, circling the top of the therapist's head multiple times.
"Brain... therapist... oh! I know! Psychologist!" Bruce exclaimed.
Tony let out a relieved laugh and shouted, "Yes!"
Right as this happened Nat called time.
Bruce and Tony laughed, both having huge smiles on their faces.
"Of course it was Tony who could draw a psychologist and Bruce who guessed it right. Both are geniuses after all," Clint murmured to Steve.
Tony, who was still celebrating with Bruce, suddenly kissed said Scientist on the cheek. Everyone's eyes widened, including Bruce's, but Tony didn't even notice.
"We won! You guys wanna play Uno?" Tony chirped while he went to grab the mentioned card game.
Everyone exchanged glances. Sure, they've seen Tony flirt, but never have they seen him do something so intimate. The only time he was that way was with Rhodey, Pepper, and Happy. But they were his best friends, so that was to be expected. Tony never was that way with the Avengers, so sue them if they were a bit shocked to see Tony kiss Bruce's cheek.
When Tony got back he was carrying the box of cards, smile still present.
"Holy shit, Brucie, I'm so proud!" Tony rambled.
That's when it clicked and everyone's eyes widened in realization. Tony had kisses Bruce because he was proud of him. This knowledge soon turned into a little game between the Avengers. Who could get the most Tony kisses?

Turns out, it was quite easy to get a kiss, and it was a treasured reward for the Avengers.
Tony was in his lab working on stuff for Stark Industries when Steve ran in, smile wide on his face.
"Stark! Tony! Tony, guess what?!" Steve began.
Tony looked up with a raised brow and a small smile on his face, "What's up, Cap?"
Steve held a laptop in hand and raised it, "My laptop was acting funny and was freezing, but I fixed it all by myself! I did it!" He exclaimed.
It sounded like a silly thing to be excited about, but it was Steve. The old man that didn't understand technology. So him fixing something by himself, even as simple as just restarting your device, was something to be proud of.
And Tony was proud. He spent so many hours explaining technology to the Captain, and it felt good to know that some of it lasted with Steve's brain.
