Hello everyone! I really hope you're enjoying the story. I'm not sure how far I plan to take this so I'll probably keep writing it with possible endpoints through and decide as I go. Anyway, I'm excited to get back to Symphony of the End. I'll be going back and 'rewriting it' kinda more so reformatting it to be easier to read because right now it's not super great.
I feel like I've achieved my goal of finding an easier to write and read format which was the purpose of this story other than just practice in general.
Anyway. I figured that I should explain some stuff. (Which I should have done earlier.)
NODES.
Basically a digitized copy of your brain, they are small cylinders that are placed neared the vocal cords and connected to a small CPU inside a person's brain. As long as a Node isn't destroyed a person's entire body can be regenerated with all of their memories basically as if they hadn't died in the first place. Think "Stacks" if you're familiar with Altered Carbon. Nodes are not transferrable though unlike "Stacks". For those unfamiliar, it means that Nodes can only be placed in the body or DNA they were originally assigned too. You can't pull yours out and put it in a younger body to live forever. Nor can you kill your body and regrow it at a younger age.Anyway, that's all. Have a great day and stay safe out there.
