🌹Annie's pov🌹

I welcomed Asher inside and we hung out for a while in my room. It was actually pretty fun. After around fifteen minutes, my very punctual friends finally decided to show up.

"Hello!" Anna sang.

"Helloo!" Jayden sang after her. 

"Helllooo!" Kenzie sang. 

"Helllooooooooooooo!" Jack harmonized. 

"idiots." I mumbled before letting them in. The girls all said hi to Asher, and he did that handshake thing that guys do with jack. I don't even know what it's called. 

" so what do you guys wanna do?" I asked after everyone was all settled down.

"Are your parents home?" Kenzie asked me mischievously.

"No, they're gone on a business trip." I informed her.

"What about Hayley?" 

"Shes staying at a friends place tonight. Why do you ask?" I was starting to get suspicious.

Kenzie then pulled a beer bottle out of thin air. 

"Kenzie! I told you not to bring drinks!" I yelled. It's not like I was afraid of drinking. I had done it many times before. It was Asher who I was worried about. I knew for a fact that he had never gotten drunk. I didn't wanna scare the poor guy away. I was starting to really like him. 

Oooohh 

As a friend!!

Mmmhhmm

Oh shut up!

Anyways, I noticed that Asher was staring wide eyed at the beer bottle. 

Kenzie laughed. "It's empty silly! I brought it to play truth or dare!" Asher and I let out relieved sighs.

We all gathered around in a circle. Kenzie spun the bottle. It landed on Jack.

"Jack, truth or dare?" Kenzie asked him.

"Truth." Jack replied. 

"What are your thought on Jayden?" Anna asked him. 

"Shes kinda cute." He replied, making Jayden go red, and me and the girls go oooohhh.

Jayden hastily spun the bottle. It landed on Kenzie. She chose truth as well. 

"Who's hotter? Isaak Presley or Johnny Orlando?" Jayden asked her, since Kenzie had been crushing on both of them.

"I think I'm kinda over Isaac, so..Johnny." She replied. Anna, Jayden and I ooohed again.

This time the bottle landed on Anna. 

"I ain't no scaredy cat, so I choose dare!" She announced.

"Okay then, call William Franklin Miller and pretend to be the queen of England." I dared her.

She opened her mouth in shock, but quickly recovered. 

"Fine!" 

It ended up in will recognizing who she was.

"Damn it! How'd you know who I was?" She asked.

"I couldn't forget a voice that beautiful so easily." He replied, making Anna blush. This time, even the boys joined in on our ooohs. 

Anna spun the bottle. It landed on Asher. He seemed kind of nervous.

"Okay Asher, truth or dare?" Kenzie asked.

He chose truth.

"Do you have a crush on anyon?" Jayden asked him.

"Well, I kinda like this girl, who I'm hoping I'll get to see a lot more of this month. She's my best buddy here. I don't really know how to explain my feeling towards her, but I'm hoping she feels the same way." He nervously rambled. 

The girls and Jack all oohed, making me blush. Was he talking about me?

They all ended up staying the night, and we fell asleep in the living room. The girls took the couches, while the boys lay down on the carpet.

I woke up in the middle of the night to thunder. I quietly whimpered. A large, soft hand held mine and squeezed it. I held onto it and fell asleep, forgetting all about the thunder.
