I woke up with a yawn stretching my arms and welcoming the morning ahead. I had plans to hang out with Tyrone today, over the past month we had become really good friends. Although he still attempts to ask me out I like us as friends, since I'm just trying to keep it all low key. I got up throwing my sheets on the floor and went into the kitchen. I locked the door behind me as I left my apartment. My phone started buzzing in my pocket, I picked answered the call "Ali Where are you?" Tyrone said sounding annoyed "What?" I said "We were meant to meet at Paulos at 9:30 it's nearly 10" "Sorry I'll be there soon it's only like down the street, chill out" I said and with that I hung up the call. I walked down the street enjoying the fresh breeze. There my neighbour Ms Johnson's sons and their friends were playing ball up in the damaged court near rufus's barbecue shop. The damn council man was saying he would get that fixed for weeks and still it's rusting and broken. The kids didn't really mind.
