Chapter 8: Search For The End

I stay down in the deep. Down in the tunnel of no light. There was no chance of me being able to find my love when I can't see. The person I need though to guid me the way is the one I need to find and save. I missed his soft touch. His warm kisses that hit me every time. I needed him...

"KAI!!!" I call out for the hundredth time tasting the bitter lips that my voice box echoed out to. The growl of the lion inside my belly roared louder as I stood shouting, calling the name over and over.

"If only there was light..." I mumbled to myself closing my showing the view of my inner eye lids that covered my emerald pupils. I grunted my teeth as I held back my tiers not wanting to cry. It's week to cry for a small reason, that what kai says. But what would he be doing now...

"Oh, I'll tell you little boy!" The ghostly figure that stood into the black cloud graves with the hands of the air throwing me to the bricked up wall. I hissed in brutal pain crashing down into back crawling up to my head like a ray scattering up my spine.

"Because of you, your parents didn't die in the fire on that day! Them soon getting captured by some elderly man. My plan was to kill them and because you were there to pull them out I failed my plan! I was going to die with them... but." The voice stop as my body fell to the concrete floor in a heap. Blood trickled down my forehead as I lay on the floor. My parents did nothing at all. Just listened as I laid in pain until the echos carried on.

"But... all I got from the fire... was the burnt memories that you gave me. I failed at my plan from a bloody 5 year old!" I winced my eyes shut hoping that the echos would soon turn to silence, but they didn't. They just kept getting worse. The door that lit up the room again opened up. A man slipping inside showing a mask on his face. Slamming the door shut but keeping the light on he lifted up a pocket knife from his left hand and charged it down into my shoulder making my scream in agony as I lay on the floor.

"KAI!!" My parents cried seeing as the my blood poured out my body into a slow messy way. I tried to fight back but he kept the force down in the knife pinning me down a pain shook me out.

My mind passed out...

I was gone.

"What have you done to my son! You monster!" I scream standing up to my feet watching as the masked male turned to me. He let go of the used knife lifting his hand up to peel away his mask. The shades of skin that hid under the mask soon appeared. I gasp in shock realising who had basically killed my only son. A smirk crawled up his face.

"Hello... old friend."

I body wobbled as I stayed in a straight and sturdy position. My throat croaked out whispering for help craving for food and water as I fell to the floor. With the last of my throat I held in my breath ready to scream out my final words.

"I love Kai....!" As I shout my last few word flying out as I fall the last thing I could remember was the darkness around me filling with light falling down to the ground in a heap. Before blacking out I saw the mumbles and shouts of three figures that hovered over my body.

The blue on my eyes soon came as the gush of water guzzled down my throat as I manage to sit myself up to see the other three ninja surround me. But...

Where was the fourth...

"Where is z... Zane..." my voice croaked out as the bottle on my lips was pulled away and placed back in. Cole held the bottle with a smile on his face giving me quick sips of water letting it fall down and also to let me breath.

"You should try and rest, I will carry you. And don't worry zane is fine just... a little damaged that's all." The master of earth reported laying my leg back taking the bottle away from my lips. I closed my eyes hitting my head on a soft object that seemed to be under it. I smile and fall asleep. Licking my lips from the spare water that laid on them.

"Sleep well lloyd..." was the last thing I heard from the three.

"Hello... old friend."

"Garmadon..." Ray was in deep confusion. His number one leader was the one who tried to kill him many year ago. He was so confused. He lifted his arm shielding his wife watch as the lord turned to him with a smile.

"Ray and Maya, the two who left their children to rot in pain as they tried to helped the opposite side win a up coming fight that would have started soon." Garmadon was suppose to be dead. In the departed realm. How did he come back? And why was he evil?

"We left to protect them not to help the time twins you know we aren't like that Garmadon, now leave our son alone." Ray grunted his teeth with anger boiling through his vanes. Garmadon chuckled with delight a grin rising up on his face.

"Awww, Ray is being protective of his son. Like I would care, your son changed my boy turning him good making him the ultimate green ninja! I knew that it would happen as soon as Kai's eyes opened up, I knew this day would come from that day you showed everyone you new little baby. And I knew that from the day my son my was saved from the volcano by your hotheaded brat that they would soon get together destroying my future with my little boy!!" Screamed the lord who lifted the knife from the shoulder dog the lifeless body. He glared down as the tiers from the fire elemental leaked down into the red poodles of raw blood with a smile lift up his face.

"Garmadon don't do this please!" Begged the older fire elemental as the knife was launched down into the stomach of the brunette that laid helplessly on the floor. It went quiet for some time after the boy let out a scream of deadly pain soon coming to an echo of the green ninja.

"I love you kai! Please keep me happy like you always do and come out..." the word "happy" hit garmadon like poison. He didn't know that his son was happy with the fire elemental. He had always seen his son depressed and lonely soon realising who was the real danger of his son.

Ok, I have got so say that I am so annoyed right now. I got to the end like 30 minutes ago then my phone slipped out my hand sliding the and not saving the last words I had put meaning that I had to write up the ending again that I couldn't remember from before and was also really good.

Yes I have deleted that other book. And that was because I realised that I was putting this book on hold for no reason. No one was reading my book and all of you guys were voting and putting this book into your list which I really appreciate.
