"𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥? 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐬!"
BROOKLYN ACE woke up on Halloween morning with a huge smile on her face. She couldn't wait till after school when she and the boys get together and trick or treat till their feet hurt and eat so much candy that they get sick. It was something the young Ace always looked forwards too. Halloween was definitely her favorite holiday so she can eat so much candy without being called a pig and to be able to dress up as someone you are not for the day which Brooklyn loved. She always loves escaping her own body, even if it was only for a day. As soon as she drags herself out of bed, she quickly jumps into the shower, waking herself up and cleaning herself off. After the shower, she trudges into her room grabbing her classic outfit which is a hoodie and ripped jeans. Don't get me wrong, the girl loves getting dressed up but now that they are older, no one wears their costumes to school anymore and she didn't want to embarrass herself. Going downstairs she sees her Dad in the kitchen like he usually is, pouring their annual bowl of cereal as they both feast away in comfortable silence. Brooklyn's Dad Lenny does work, but he has a weird schedule. Brooklyn doesn't even know what her Dad's job is but at random times he will leave for days and he will tell her that its for work. She doesn't want to get in her Dad's business so she lets it slide. She loves her Dad enough to trust him that he isn't doing anything bad so she takes care of herself for the few days that he is gone.
