I'm so glad that the GaaSaku era has finally come to an end and specifically, I want to thank the readers who supported me along the journey.
Yes, I can tell that most of you just want this story to end, but same here :p
I know I've been writing every story about this pairing since 2013 when I was in 8th grade, elementary school. I never knew that I would come this far to write every GaaSaku story continuously, which helped me to write better plot twists and being able to adjust with my spelling, grammar, punctuation, especially vocabulary.
I will say this and hopefully, you understand why I wrote a couple of GaaSaku stories.
Each story that I wrote is purely based on fanfiction because I know that nothing can beat the original Naruto series. Hands down to Masashi Kishimoto for creating these wonderful characters that narrates their perspectives and stories.
Also, it is my first time writing a chapter about Gaara and Sakura's physical intimacy here in this book Chapter 17, which most people would like to call it a "SMUT." To be honest, I'm not quite comfortable making it as well-detailed as possible because I prefer it romantic and sentimental. I know my weaknesses and I know what I still need to improve.
I clearly do not have any hate towards Sasuke and Sakura being together in the end. Though I will be honest with you. Before, I totally disliked them because I thought their relationship was toxic and force during Sasuke's dark times. Then, I realized that love is also forgiveness and maybe it's one of the reasons why Sakura still ends up with Sasuke. It took me a while to accept and understand them and their problems. There are times where I don't usually see Sasuke's caring and loving side towards Sakura because he is clouded by vengeance and resentment. Again, I have no hate towards SasuSaku, now that I've learned to accept the fact that things do not always end up in everyone's way.
In other words, you cannot please everybody. That's how I've learned from people in the past that life is not always about getting everything you want. Not every story will give you the exact ending that you are highly expecting. That is why I decided to think. I decided to dream about what if Sakura doesn't fall in love with Sasuke? What if she decides to fall in love with somebody else? It can either be Naruto or any other character that is closest to her.
I hope these GaaSaku stories I wrote are only to be share as a fan's dream or imagination. Even though I do not have the passion to write about them anymore, I still kept on going just to make an alternative happy ending for this alternative pairing. Atlas, it's already been completed.
Anyway, I hope this rant explains everything.
