this is your last week! congrats for making it this far 💋 i hope that you're seeing results! remember - complete each task on the checklist for best results!

day 1

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•coconut oil on yo lashes

•find a new playlist to listen to.

•2x 30 second plank

•2x 40 squats

•40 donkey kicks on each leg

•(not mandatory) if you wear makeup, have a makeup free day today to embrace your natural beauty & to let your skin have a break.


day 2

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•coconut oil on your lashes

•be extra kind to everyone you talk to today - and give out as many compliments as you can!

•2x 30 second plank

•2x 45 squats

•45 donkey kicks on each leg.

•(not mandatory) make a diy face mist! mix water & aloe vera gel in the ratio 2:1 and then add a few drops of your fav skin-safe oil! put in a spray bottle for ease of use.


day 3

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•coconut oil on your lashes!

•have another cup of green tea today, and for some extra goodness, have some almonds as a snack too.

•2x 30 second plank

•2x 45 squats

•45 donkey kicks on each leg

•(not mandatory) add on 2x 15 crunches to today's workout!


day 4

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•coconut oil on your lashes!

•try to eat as little amount of sugar as you can today!

•2x 30 second plank

•2x 45 squats

•45 donkey kicks on each leg

•(not mandatory) if you don't already, try buying/wearing a brow gel! my fav is the ABH clear brow gel or the ELF clear brow gel


day 5

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•coconut oil on your lashes!

•drink some green tea too!

•2x 30 second plank

•2x 50 squats

•50 donkey kicks on each leg

•(not mandatory) try this glowing skin smoothie! you will need half a beetroot (if you don't like beetroot use blueberries!), 1 orange, 1 carrot, 1 red apple, half a cucumber and half a stick of celery. just blend it all together, and you can strain it for a better texture. this recipe makes 2 cups. make sure to wash your fruits & veggies before you blend!


day 6

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•coconut oil on your lashes!

•try writing some motivational quotes & stick them around your room!

•2x 30 second plank

•2x 50 squats

•50 donkey kicks on each leg

•(not mandatory) lip scrub AGAIN! it's important to keep your lips smooth, because crusty lips are not the move.


day 7

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•coconut oil on your lashes!

•face mask! (again, check the face mask chapter for ideas)

•no workout today! & you did it!

•take a look at your progress, it could be physical progress, or mental progress, or both! either way, i'm so proud of you queen. you worked hard and you look so good. remember, a glow up isn't about changing the way you look, it's about changing the way you see yourself

and remember - any positive energy you put out there, you will always get it back.
