Romans pov

I got up before my alarm went off. I couldn't sleep after visiting with Julie the night before, what she had said about how Candy would never forgive me really sunk in. I decided I had to go and talk to Becky hoping I can fix it in some way. I walked to Beckys hotel room and knocked. Becky finally answered

"Roman" she said coldly

"Becky, can we talk?" I asked

"What do you want?" Becky asked crossing her arms

Apparently she wasn't a big fan right now

"It's about Candy"

"If you don't already know she and I are on a hold so.."

"Yeah I know and that's what this is about" I said feeling my heart beat a little to fast kind of nervous as she was staring at me like she could kill me

"Candy must have talked to you then..."

"No more like Julie kind of wanted to kill me last night"

"And you deserve everything you get"

"Look my point is yes Candy and I have a past and I love that girl more than words can explain...." she interrupted by trying to shut the door in my face but I stopped it with my foot

"I don't want to hear how you are in love with Candy..."

"I am getting to my point if you let me finish"

"Fine let's go you have 30 seconds"

"I love Candy and she loves me...but only as a friend" I said feelings as if she was going to punch me in the damn face "That girl is in love with you and I had no right to say what I said and I apologize for that. If you want to take that out on anyone take it out on me but please don't take it out on her, don't put your relationship on hold because of me and my stupidness. Candy is broken right now because she is in LOVE with YOU not me...YOU!"

Becky was quiet for a moment "I just feel like I should be worried, you two have so much history together"

"Yes we have a history and nothing can change that but there is nothing to worry about at all. Candy loves you she is in love with you and as long as Candy is happy that is all that matters. She deserves to be happy and you make her happy. I will not come in between you two and I shouldn't have said anything like I did that was rude of me. I respect Candy way too much to lose her and I respect you because you are 'The Man' Becky Lynch and you are a great person. I hope you can forgive me and I hope that you don't end this relationship"

I sighed for a moment and started to walk away

"Thank you Rome" I heard from behind me

I stopped and turned "You're welcome...take care of her, take care of her heart it's been broken way to many times"

She nodded and walked back into her hotel room. I went back to mine, I sat on the end of the bed and let out a sigh. I hope I can make things right. I don't want to hurt my best friend and I don't want to lose my best friend either. That was when Randy got up

"Morning Reigns" he said

"Morning"

"Why do you look like you didn't get any sleep last night?" he asked grabbing clothes

"Because I didn't, hey can I ask you a stupid question?" I asked knowing very well how this is going to go

"Stupid question for a stupid answer" he said "whats up?"
