·A New Connection· CH 8

§·Your POV·§

We walked out the front door and there were two horses waiting for us, I guess he got them ready when he found out the Earl was missing. He got on a horse and started to trot off with it.

"Woah... Where are you going, Do you even know where he is?" I said confused.

"Well yes I do... A letter was left on the desk when I went to his office." He said sternly.

"Well, Aren't you coming?" He asked.

"Oh yes, I am!" I say as I get up on the horse, and He starts to ride off and I follow him.

||Time Skip||

We arrived at a large house.. The (L/N) Manor... I was shocked.. My family kidnapped him? So they do care about me! But at the same time.. They will find out I'm working for them..What would they say about me? They would definitely disown me.. As I start to panic my breathing increases rapidly. What was I even thinking?! My family will kill me. They would hate me even more than they already do.. And my brother.. He had been wanting this mission but I got it instead... Because I wanted to prove myself.. I start to space out in my thoughts, thinking of everything my family could possibly say or do to me.

§·Sebastian POV·§

I looked over from the bush we were hiding in and looked at (Y/N). She looked like she was in shock. Her eyes blank and widely open, her breathing was rapid, pale as a ghost, like she was having a panic attack. I sighed and appeared behind her back and hugged her tightly. I slowly whispered in her ear.

"You will be fine... I will make sure of that." I said purring a bit at the end of my sentence.

She immediately snapped out of it and pulled away blushing slightly. Then she nodded and we got back to spying the guards protecting the manor. After 5 minutes I got up and started walking to the entrance, regardless of the guards being there.

"Wait- The guards are still there-" She said exclaiming to him.

"I can clearly see that. I will distract them while you break in the manor." I said to her as she tried to protest, but I was already off to distract the guards.

§·Your POV·§

I sighed. I can't believe he ran off like that! If he has stalked my family for enough information, then he should know each one of the guards received a military level of training! What is he thinking, I can't-

My thoughts were cut off in thought as I saw him fighting guards and being able to beat them without even breaking a sweat. He also looked... sorta... handsome while doing it..! Oh my.. WAIT. What am I even thinking?!? I should be sneaking inside.

While he was defeating the guards, I snuck off to the entrance. Thankfully I know where they kept a spare key. As I have snuck out sometimes to see my friends. I grabbed the key from under the mat and opened the door to go inside. I walked into the elegant manor, and started to run to where my parents kept the dungeon. When I finally got to it I started walking down the stairs to go and fetch the Earl.

"(Y/N)." I heard a familiar voice say from behind me.

I froze in shock and turned around; only to see my brother leaning against the wall with his arms crossed. He walked forward to me and looked me in the eyes.

"What are you doing here?" He said looking at me with cold eyes.

I shivered in fear. His tone was ice cold. The gaze in his eyes was complete trouble. This was the first time he talked like this to me in a while. The last time he talked to me like that was when... my parents had accidentally hit him when he tried to protect me..

"W-what do you mean? I-I'm here! Back home. Where I belong!" I said trying to look believable.

"(Y/N). I am disappointed in you." He said then as soon as he finished, he punched me in the face so hard I got knocked out.

§·Sebastian POV·§

I watched from a dark corner as her brother, Eric carried her into the dungeon. I followed after him quickly and quietly. He went to the cells and I saw the young master sitting in a cell. He went to the cell next to the young master and bent down to place her down. Once he did, I came over and hit him in his pressure point which knocked him out. I walked over to the young master, and used my bare hands to bend an opening for the young master to step out the cell.

"Why is (Y/N) here?" He asked as he walked out the jail cell.

"We will have to discuss that when you get back to the manor." I said while looking away.

"But, sebas-" he said but I cut him off by picking him up and carrying him away and sprinting back to the manor with him in my arms.

||Time Skip||

Later at night, around 11:00 PM the young master was finally asleep. I went back to get (Y/N) at the (L/N) manor, I was successfully able to sneak in without anyone noticing me, go down to the dungeon and take her back to the Phantomhive Manor. I went in through the back door, and went to the servants quarters. While walking to her room, she started to wake up slowly. Her eyes flutter open like an angel. I smiled, and then placed her on her bed lightly and gently. I kissed her head softly and I saw a faint bit of blush on her face.

"(Y/N), You should get some sleep... You have had quite the day." I said as I looked away for just a second. I looked back to her and she was already asleep.

"Sweet dreams, (Y/N)." I said as I walked out the door and closed it.
