It was just any other normal day in the Devildom. But if anything, it was a full day set ahead for the brothers in the House Of Lamentation.
It was the 3rd eldest brother's birthday.
This year, they had you around. So they'd thought they would ask you for some help this time to add some "human traditions" for his celebration.
As Levi was left alone in his room playing games as usual, the rest of you were planning for a surprise!
"Hey, (y/n), what do you humans do for birthdays?" Satan asked. His thirst for knowledge urged him to ask you.
"Well, I'm pretty sure it's somewhat similiar, what do you guys do?" You returned the question to the rest of the brothers.
Various answers escaped their mouths, it seemed they just lived their everyday life on their birthdays without doing anything special.
"Y-you've got to be kidding?" You tried to reconfirn with them, but they only shook their heads. "Well... normally we buy or bake a cake for whoever's birthday it is, and then we sing for them to celebrate. And we light candles for them to blow out... now that I think if it, it's kinda pointless... We also get the person gifts if we're willing to."
Your explanation of the human world birthday celebrations very much intrigued them. Beel listened very intently as you said the word cake. His eyes sparkling.
"Why do you ask?"
"It's Leviathan's birthday today," Lucifer answered, his usual stern look on his face. "We thought it might be better to switch things up, rather than have him cooped up in his room."
You finally understood. "You want to have a birthday party for Levi?" They nodded. "And I take it you want to have some human traditions since you asked me?" Once again, they all nodded.
"It's not like we HAAAAD to, Asmo wouldn't shut his mouth about Levi being super duper introverted," Mammon groaned. You only giggled at his words before Asmodeus cut in.
"Nuh uh, don't go twisting my words like that! Sure I suggested it but you were the one who was practically BEGGING to get (y/n) in on it!" The Avatar of Lust denied his claim.
The rest of you laughed it off and the party planning commenced.

Lucifer asked for Barbatos' help to make a cake, whilst Mammon and Asmo went out to get decorations.
Beel and Satan went to get more food in time for dinner and Belphie went out of his way to get some gifts on behalf of all of you.

It was about dinner time, and Levi finally came out if his room. But he was weirded out by why it was so silent, normally everyone would be somewhat noisy by now.
When he arrived to the dining room, which was pitch black at the time, he got a shock when the lights suddenly turned on and noises of tiny explosions went through the air.
Of course, it wasn't explosions, but rather party poppers. Everyone screamed at the top of their lungs "SURPRISE!" and you were pretty sure Levi almost had an equivalent of a heart attack. Standing there were the rest of his brothers, you, Barbatos and even Lord Diavolo.
"W-what's all this?!" He seemed flustered, it was exactly what he thought it was, but he really wanted to make sure. Sure of course he couldn't tell with the big sign on the wall that says Happy Birthday Levi!
"It's a birthday party for you!" You exclaimed. You quickly went over to him and dragged him over to the rest of his brothers. What sat infront of him on the table was a very impressive cake, 7 layers to be exact. Each layer expressing something of his personality, there was TSL, Ruri-chan, and many many other things.
And suddenly everyone burst out singing, horribly out of key.
"Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday dear Levi~
Happy birthday to you!"
The candles on the cake lit up as you all finished singing. "Blow out the candles and make a wish!" You beckoned him.
"B-but isn't that a little pointle-" he was cut off by a certain white haired demon. "JUST DO IT!" Mammon yelled as he quickly blew out the candles.
"Was that all really for me?" The birthday demon asked as you all nodded with joy.
"And here, I have something for you," you took out what seemed to be a card.
"A gift? Now why would you do something like tha-" he opened the card as he was suddenly surprised with a voice familiar to him came from it.
"Happy birthday Levi!"
"OMG, RURI-CHAN! (Y/N) HOW DID YOU-" he looked like he was about to cry.
"That's my little secret~" you giggled as he read the card.
"Dear Levi,
You're probably having the biggest shock as you read this, and we can't blame you. But we wanted to shake things up and have you be more happy on your birthday.
We love you, Levi!"
It was signed by everyone in that very room and a tint of pink blush dusted his face.
"T-thank you guys!"
