Ok so if you have been reading it so far YES they are in there dorms. Todoroki's family has a small house that sho likes to stay at with Izuku. They have 2 baby rooms one at the house and one in Izuku dorm. The dorms are larger then they are in the anime bc of mates. Just to clarify what is going on.
