Chapter #6 : The Honeymoon Part 2

The next day, Sooyoung woke up around 10 AM with a message from Sungjae. He informed her that he needs to leave in the morning since He promised his friend to visit the Photography Exhibition in Ubud and promised her to have a dinner in a fancy outdoor restaurant. She decided that she will spend a good time alone and since the resort is connected to the beach, She went for a walk on the seashore. The sea was really pretty with the blue sky adding even more ethereal view for her eyes. It gave her some ideas for her story.

After getting tired of walking she then decided to hang-out at the Outdoor bar. The wind blows her long hair, giving a refreshing feeling. She was busy typing with her Ipad, writing down all the ideas she just got while walking on the seashore earlier. Until a foreigner approached her, which she assumed that the person is drunk. What kind of person is drunk at this hour.  "Hi, Babe you look so hot. Wanna do some fun?" The man asked her. She tried to ignore him which make the foreigner mad. He yanked her hand and trying to pull Sooyoung away with him. At that time Sooyoung was so shocked, she struggled to pull her hand back but the man is too strong for her. Suddenly someone came to her rescue, He stopped that foreigner which almost caused a fight. But then the foreigner looked at that man and knows he is out of size. The bar staffs who very late come and dragged the drunk man. 

"Thank you for the help" Sooyoung bowed at the man that saved her. The man noticed that Sooyoung is Korean and start talking in Korean as well as he extended his hand for a handshake. "Gwenchanayo. I hope he won't come back again. My name is Moon Su Inn by the way" Is he hitting on me? she asked herself. She gave him a fake smile and nods "Park Sooyoung is the name" she said, sitting back on her seat. To her surprise, he sat on the seat across her with a smile on his face. She was about to leave when he suddenly throw a statement that caught her interest "I see that you love reading. I have read that book before" He pointed at the book on the table. "Really?" It wasn't a book that usually catches man attention, she smiled at him genuinely. "Yeah, the story might sound cute but I think it actually has a deep meaning about aspects of life that are really important and relevant, such as motherhood, bullying and protectiveness" Woah, he is good. Sooyoung's smile grew widely. After that, they've talked for hours with each other. Sooyoung told him that She was on a honeymoon trip which made him shocked because if she is married where is her husband. Then Sooyoung told him that Sungjae went to meet his friend. He then told her that he is there to see a business opportunity. They became close.

On the other part of Bali, Sungjae is enjoying his exploration at His friend's exhibition. Ong Seongwoo or often called as Ong is the name and he's been in contact with Sungjae ever since 2 years ago. He is now going from around the world to exhibit his photos. The photos that Ong took was amazing. After finishing his tour at the gallery Ong invited him for a coffee. But Ong was not alone. "Hey Sungjae, meet my friend." Ong said as he gestured Sungjae. His friend is a girl. "Your friend?" Sungjae snickers, teasing Ong as he extended his hand at the girl. "Yook Sungjae here" "Lee Jooeun, Nice to meet you Sungjae-sshi" She took his hand and gave him a light handshake. The three of them has a nice chat at that time. Jooeun told Sungjae that she once lived in California too.

In the evening as promised Sungjae and Sooyoung met up at one of the fanciest outdoor restaurant in Bali. They ordered their food and having a small talk with one another while waiting. Sungjae told Sooyoung that he met his friend and about how beautiful the photos that his friends took. He said everything in such a cheerful tone which gain a chuckle from Sooyoung. "What about you, Sooyoung? how was your day?" he looked at her and asked her curiously.
"Well, I had a good walk at the seashore. But I met trouble too." She chuckles, he looked at her with wide eyes. "What do you mean by trouble?" he asked in concern.
"There this drunk man trying to hit on me and he almost kidnapped me." 
"Wait what?" He was so shocked by her story.
"Yeah, but I am fine since a nice man helped me and he is Korean. He is very nice"
Sungjae squinted his eyes as Sooyoung continuing her words
"He also reads the same books as I am. He is good too" 
"You sounds like you are close to him?" 
"Well, we became friend!"

And coincidentally Suinn is having dinner at the same restaurant that evening. He noticed Sooyoung and bowed his head when she looked at him. Sooyoung called him over to her table. With a wide smile, Sooyoung gave her new friend a handshake that for some reason making Sungjae feels uneasy. Sooyoung and Suinn were talking to each other, and somehow Sungjae disliking what he is watching in front of his eyes. He couldn't lie but to admit that Suinn since he is handsome and really tall, but what annoys him the most is the fact that Sooyoung keeps on laughing whenever Suinn talks. He coughed so they could notice him. "Ah right Oppa this is my husband" Sungjae eyes widen. She called him oppa but not me? "Moon Suinn" he offered his hand. "Yook Sungjae. Park Sooyoung's husband" Sungjae gave Suinn's a handshake and smile. Yes, I am her husband. He smiled widely as if he won the war. Not long after that their food finally arrived and Suinn excused himself. "So you told him you have a husband?" "Ofcourse I should tell him that. Why wouldn't I? She asked him curiously. He only smiled at her.

They enjoyed their dinner in peace and went back to their hotel after, packing their stuff since they will come back to Korea the day after tomorrow. Sooyoung is currently on the phone with her friend Seulgi.

"Hi Miss YOOK!!!" Seulgi squealed from the other side of the phone which make Sooyoung almost end the call.
"How was the honeymoon?"
"Not bad"
"OOOHHHHH.... and you told me there were no feeling between the two of you" Seulgi teased her, yes she told seulgi and wendy about the marriage deal she made with Sungjae.
"I mean the place is not bad. Both of us are not even having much time together" 
"Ah too bad" 

At the other room, Sungjae is busy replying his friend on the group chat.

BTOB (the name of the group they all decided to use since all of them loves singing)

MAN HOW WAS YOUR HONEYMOON?

CS-Lee:
He is on his honeymoon?
How could I didn't know

Minhyuk:
You are always outdated. Should came out from your cafe once in a while you know ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Hyunsik:
ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

CS-Lee:
Y'all always mean to me ㅜㅜ
No one is allowed to come to my cafe ever again

IlhoonMJ:
Put that aside. Where is that newlywed man?
Is he having fun with his wife?

Shin Peniel:
Who's having fun with who?

Mihyuk:
Oh brother-in-law is here?

Kwang-Seo Eun:
ㅋㅋㅋ

IlhoonMJ: 
Yook Sungjae are you having fun with your wife right now man you ignoring your friends.


Sungjae reads all the chats and sighed.

Yook SJ:
Seriously you all such a shit head.
I just back from a dinner.

IlhoonMJ:
SEEEEEE I TOLD YOU GUYS
PENIEL HE TOUCHED YOUR SISTER

Shin Peniel:
As long as he didn't hurt my sister *angry emoji*

Yook SJ:
IT WAS ONLY A DINNER! WE DID NOTHING AT ALLLL SHUT UP.


Sungjae put his phone down and groaned. Yes, his friends love to tease him especially since Sungjae is younger than most of them. "There's nothing between us" he murmured than he remembered about the dinner, Suinn.

deg..deg...

What is this feeling, i feel annoyed.

Helloooo!! It's me. I'm sorry I didn't make an update yesterday. I was really tired of doing nothing hahaha but I have like 3 drafts (including this one) ready yesterday, so I am posting this.
So what do you think ?
