Chapter 10

*Jasmyn P.O.V*

I hugged her, and felt my heart break. I think I was falling but I hope I wasn't, because I know even after finding this out, she still gone go back to him. I pulled her away and looked in her eyes, "You don't need to be crying over nobody that ain't worth your time. You’re so pretty... you deserve so much better... I know you can't leave him alone and I would never judge you but... you already know in ya head... this ain't the 1st time he cheated... in fact, you told me it was a new manager at his job that you thought he was sleeping with" 

She looked away and I let out a sign, I got up and put our movie on. The Player's Club, we got plenty of movies but since I never saw it, Chrishai made sure to ham it in my head. I remember seeing it when I was younger but she won't believe me. I went to the closet in the hallway to get a blanket and went back into the living room. The movie was starting so I cut off all the lights and turned the surround sound on. She had a nice entertainment center, even though it was mostly used by the kids. I went back to the couch and lead back down, I laid down on my back and held my arms out to her. She looked at me crazy, but I just struggled and turned on my side. Half way into the movie she laid in front of me, I was surprised her couch could fit both of us in this position. I wasn't even paying attention to the movie anymore, she was too close, and I could smell her shampoo. I could put my arm around her and we would be cuddling and it wouldn't be odd because

she's so close. The credits to the movie started to roll on the scene and I lifted up to see her face. She was sleep, and she looked so beautiful, it melted my heart. I laid back and let out a breath, maybe I need to go on a date with a girl, but that’s too fast and I don’t want to put myself in that situation again. I carefully got up and made sure Chrishai was still sleep. I went to her room and pulled the covers back on her bed. 

I scooped her off the couch, after I removed the blanket and then I carried her into her room. I laid her carefully on the bed and went to remove her arms and our faces were so close. I wanted to kiss her, but that would be wrong, and I would feel guilty. I tucked her in and went back onto the couch and just laid there. I grinned came upon my face and I giggled to myself, if only she was my girl. I wouldn't have her crying sad tears, they would be tears of pure ecstasy.

I went to sleep, I would tell Chrishai I was gay and I would see what she would say.

~Next Morning~ 

I woke up to the twins watching TV and Chrishai cooking breakfast, it smelled so good. I got and greeted Chrishai in the kitchen and looked for the other kids. They were all in there room playing with a kitchen set. Poor Jalen, I lifted him up and looked at him, I never saw Chrishai boyfriend so I don't know if they look alike or not. I kissed him because he was still so cute and he's my baby. I sat him back down and went back to the kitchen, I wish she was my girl and this was our family that would be love.

I leaned on the kitchen wall entrance and smirked, “We should go out tonight? I want to talk to you." I said nervously. All my confidence seemed to fly out the window.

"To the club? Sure, what about the kids?"

I laughed, "I was getting to that, my mom... she didn't see them in a week or two... but no not the club, the mall" I wanted to say Dinner but I know she would think that was weird

"Oh cool, what time?"

"7, but we got to hurry up and finish breakfast so I can get home and changed and get them cleaned and changed for my moms." I said while I rubbed my neck

"iight that's cool, breakfast is done so can you tell everyone to come eat please" 

I grinned and rushed to tell everyone to eat, I placed Jaden in his seat and sat at the head of the table. I almost didn't say grace, the food looked so delicious. We finished dinner, and finished cleaning her place around 1, so I got the kids ready and we left. I got them snacks to hold them over till they got to my moms, since they only had breakfast at 9. We got back to my crib at 2 and I got everyone bathed, and changed from pajamas to casual wear and we headed out after I showered and changed. We got to my mom's at 3:30 and I had the older kids carry their own overnight bags, while I held Jalen, his bags and Jyneshia’s. It was heavy as hell, I was glad when I got to their room and threw it on the bed. Maybe I could meet them at Church tomorrow if I didn't oversleep, lord knows how long it's been.
