Characters:
SEEMA MEHRAB ATHERTON: Has kids, she left the job. Now that her family is falling apart, she was lonely. Her children are away in a boarding school, and her husband has another family. Whatever she does, she does it full heartedly, she can be strict, and insubordinate, but she has her personal issues.
GERARD CHAMBERS: DS CHAMBERS, second in command. A righteous man who would fight for justice, at any cost. Very sympathetic, but when it comes to a serial killer, he is unmerciful. Also, he works together with DS CHAMBERS on the reopened case of 2010.
COLE HANSEN: A salesman and low-profile, he is an ex-detective at the same station at DS ATHERTON and DS CHAMBERS. He left due to pursuing sales, and moved to America. He is still in contact with DS ATHERTON and DS CHAMBERS.
CATHERINE WARD: A single mom of two little boys. She lived with her father, and she was a physician. Once she found out she was pregnant with her first child she left her job at the Southmead Hospital, and moved to a smaller local hospice. Her ex lived in America.
RENEE VARGAS: Either a wife of mother. She was in her early twenties, she had multiple boyfriends and seemed to be two weeks pregnant when she died. She did not have a stable job, she just worked late night at a diner.
NAOMI SANCHEZ: A nurse at a mental hospital. Was very conserved, quiet, and was seen to be always at the hospital. In her early twenties, no serious relationship, or children.
VIOLA HARRISON: A wife of a salesman, she had one little daughter. She was an author, she published tons of books, but once she gave birth to her daughter, she stopped writing and became a stay-at-home mom.
RICHARD JOHNSON: the ex-boyfriend of all the victim.
