Chapter Twenty Three

Bella's POV

It was morning and the battle is going on down the mountain, "oh god I feel my beast pulling at my chest." I whimpered and fell to my knees, "OH GOD I FEEL THEIR PAIN!"

I screamed and Carmen rushed over and got me to look at her, "calm down Bella they are fine your fine just calm down. Stop paying attention to it. It'll only hurt you more."

I tried to relax but before I should fully relax I heard a laugh, "what's the matter little Bella? Edward die?" She laughed like a maniac, "Edward isn't my mate!" I growled.

"Of course he is he killed for you," Victoria growled and I huffed. "No Alice killed for me. Edward was to busy sucking the poison out so Alice killed him."

"So you are saying my mate's death was for nothing!" Victoria scream and jumped out of the tree. I got up to my feet, "he was stupid enough to go up against a coven of vampires."

Victoria growled and ran over to me and punched me knocking me to the ground. "First I'm gonna kill your little protector then I'm going to slowly kill you," Victoria threatened.

Carmen fought her off but when Victoria got her hands around Carmen's neck I tackled Victoria to the floor and started to beat her head into the ground, "I'm going to kill you!"

I growled and she pushed me off the side of the mountain and down to the battlefield. She jumped after me and when she landed I smirked, "hey Victoria want me... come get me..." I took off.

She followed me right and I stopped at a large rock in the corner of the battlefield. "No where left to run you pathetic bitch," I ran at her and grabbed her head.

"Who said I'm running?" I grabbed her head and Carmen came from behind her and jumped on her back cracking it, "say hello to James for me."

I whispered in her ear and ripped her head off, "Carmen set her on fire please." Carmen nod and I ran over to the battlefield that was still active.

I saw Jasper punch the head off a newborn but I saw Emmett with a vampire on top of him and ran over and pulled the vampire's head off.

I ran to the nearest newborn and pulled her head off, "Bella?" Emmett called out confused then I attacked another one. God this was fun.

We didn't stop until they were all dead except one who was staring at Emmett.

"Bella! What the hell were you thinking you could've been killed!" Tanya yelled at me but the aura of danger around her is kind of turning me on.

"It's not my fault Victoria threw me down the mountain thank god I'm a vampire." Kate walked over to us then took a deep breath in and laughed, "are you turned on Bella?"

I looked down, "kind of." Kate purred, "you know it my time after a battle the soldiers used to have sex with their wives. You may not be my wife yet but I'll gladly take you."

I purred and Alice came over, "the Volturi will be here in a few minutes." I groaned and we ran over to the family, "Emmett get Bree out of here." Carlisle told the big man and he did.

"Okay they are here," Alice said.
