Chapter Twenty Four

Bella's POV

Four figures walked out of the forest they were lead by a short blonde about 4 foot 8, blonde hair and blood red eyes.

"Impressive. I've never seen another besides the Volturi destroy a newborn army especially with no fatalities," the blonde said.

"We were lucky," Carlisle said. "I doubt that," the blonde responded then turned to my coven, "Denali's I see you joined in the fight."

"Yes it was one of our own that was targeted Jane," Tanya told the Jane girl.

"Well it is very rare that we are not needed," the blonde said. "If you'd come 30 minutes earlier you would've fulfilled your purpose," Rosalie told the shorter girl.

"Pity," she turned back to Carlisle. "I assume the creator is dead along with all the newborns?" Carlisle nodded, "yes I killed the creator." Jane turned her head to me.

"You are a newborn. Why was she not destroyed?" My mates growled, "I wasn't part of the army I am part of the Denali coven."

Jane stepped forward, "this mess was your fault?" I shook my head, "no this mess was your fault you should've stopped it when you got the word about the newborn army."

Jane growled, "you dare speak to me like that!" She glared at me, "pain." I looked at her confused and she seems to only get angrier, "PAIN!"

I walked out of the group and over to her, "your power is useless here Jane but my power isn't." Tanya stood forward, "Bella don't you'll start a war with the Volturi."

I picked up a rock with my shield and tighten my shield smashing it. They all turned to me, "Aro would love to see you."

"Felix!" Jane growled and Tanya pushed me behind her. "We will be sure to visit then Felix," Tanya told the 6 foot 7 man.

"We will see you then," the four Volturi guard left the field and Tanya smacked me. "Bella! Stop trying to get yourself killed," I whimpered.

"Sorry I didn't mean to I just go this anger inside me. I mean they new about the army and did nothing," I growled at the end.

"Oh Bella they are the Volturi they can do whatever they want. Let's go get some blood in you," I smiled and we all ran back to the coven house but stopped just before we reached it.

I groaned and covered my ears as I heard moaning, "Jesus." Rosalie growled, "Emmett!" I held Rose back, "Rose it's Emmett's mate."

Rosalie's head snapped to me, "you're lying!" She growled and soon the moaning stopped and Emmett came out with no shirt on and red eyes.

"She's not lying Rose. Bree told me I was her mate then I thought back to what Eleazar said about not feeling mating bond so I had some of the blood bags and they are right I felt it. I'm sorry Rose I'm not your mate."

Rosalie growled and struggled in my arms, "you are Carlisle said that's why I saved you!" I pulled her back and turned her around, "let's go hunting okay."

Rosalie ran into the forest, "I'll be back soon my mates." I ran after Rosalie catching up easily.
