Colonel White and Lieutenant Green are thrown to the ground as Skybase suffers more explosions and rubble toppling from the roofs and systems frying and exploding. They are hit. The Mysteron ships keep firing and firing, letting Skybase begin to gently sink. Two more Hummingbirds are smashed by the frying bolts from the Mysterons. Purple and Orange are hit and their ships topple down into the clouds. BOOM! BOOM! We see their ships explode in the clouds beneath! Captain Blue is left flying, dodging and missing narrowly by the bolts within an inch. He swerves and fires more missiles at the Mysterons – nothing!
Captain Blue:
Come on you damned Mysterons! COME ON!
White and Green recover back up.
Lieutenant Green:
Engines failing sir. Escape pods now inoperative. Blues the only one left. Why don't they just finish us off now!
Colonel White:
Steady Lieutenant. Steady man!
BOOM! BOOM! Skybase sinks further as then more rubble topples onto Colonel White, shouting as the wreck falls onto him.
Colonel!
She sprints to dig him out. Dr. Gold is on the monitor from the Medical Centre as White is pulled out. ZAM! BOOM! ZAM! BOOM! ZAM! BOOM!
Colonel White:
Thank you, Lieutenant.
ZAM! BOOM!
Dr. Gold:
Colonel White! It's Mason! I've Scarlet down here.
Colonel White:
How's he making it out!
Dr. Gold:
He isn't Colonel! Captain Scarlet is dead!
Colonel White:
Captain Scarlet dead?
Lieutenant Green:
Steady Colonel.
Colonel White:
Thank you, Lieutenant. Are you sure there is absolutely no sign of life?
BANG! BOOM! ROAR! KABOOM! KABOOM! KAROAR! Dr. Gold encompassed in an explosion as Skybase sinks further as the Mysteron ships fly parallel alongside to slowly watch it fall to its death.
