The incident at the party had seemed to be a one time thing because she hadn't done it again but that is probably due to Blair saying she would tell Carter. Deliah knew Carter would be upset about her harming as his cousin had been to rehab. Blair was also known to be a big mouth so she told her best friend Serena who decided to talk to Deliah about how her little brother Eric had gone through a dark stage too. Deliah had known about Eric already because he had been to rehab for over a year this was all found out at a college party when Blair and Serena had one of there fallouts again. Deliah had decided to check up on Eric every week as she cared for the van der woodsens as if they was family because Blair and Serena had been best friends since birth. The half-term was coming to a break and the scars on her arm had not yet faded so she was use to wearing jumpers, long sleeves, cardis and jackets to cover them from the world.

It was all over Gossip Girl that Carter Baizen was dating nobody while it was strongly rumoured lover Deliah Waldorf was dating heartthrob Thomas York. This of course was just a rumour sure they had kissed a few times but they had never confirmed a relationship. Deliah was happy to be friends with Thomas but she did not want a romantic connection with him as she felt it would have to be a mutual attraction. Deliah had also been telling Ophelia that his French heritage meant he ate frogs so every now and then his breath stinks of dirt. The brunette had felt bad as she hadn't been spending lots of time with Ophelia due to Thomas always taking her on these lavish dates.

Ophelia had also been in a relationship with somebody called Jack Bass who was Chucks uncle but they had been on and off. He was a uncommitted and she didn't like the age gap. Besides Jack she was attracted to a girl in Blair's year called Georgina Sparks, which according to Blair is a psychopath. In Deliahs eyes they was the perfect match.

So as school came by Deliah and Blair had been arguing a lot. In retaliation she told Thomas about the harming incident. This pushed him away. Carter had been calling and calling but Deliah never answered. The minions hadn't changed which was good news for Deliah as she liked things be set she wasn't a fan of change.

While the elites had finished there yogurt they was about to head to class but Deliah had caught Carters eye.

"Tell me there wrong!" Carter shouts clearly upset.

"What are you on about" Deliah asked confused.

"Show me your arm" Carter said tears brewing in his eyes.

"Carter...." Deliah began but Carter had already seen the faded marks cut deep into her delicate flesh.

"Why?" He is able to choke out.

"I need the feeling to go away you kept pushing me away" Deliah says a tear strolling down her cheek.

"I didn't think I was hurting you to this extreme" He croaks.

"You hurt me more then I could ever hurt anyone" Deliah says before walking on.
