The three months without Carter was difficult for Deliah to say the least. She kept thinking about there shared moments and the night at the bar she wanted him and only him. However he gave her a chance to show her loyalty to design she had made numerous designs that was selling well. The day Carter was set to return from Hong Kong she knew a dress and named it Baizen. Ophelia had came to see Deliah earlier that day.

"D you've done nothing but fashion since Mr Baizen left we need to have a night out and i will not take no for an answer" Ophelia declared.

"Ophelia you know its the day he is suppose to come back I cannot go out tonight maybe when he is ready we can go on a double date with you and James" Deliah says fixing Ophelia's hair.

"I will allow it this once only because you mentioned double date" Ophelia says before leaving.

Other then Ophelia nobody had spoken to her all day she had kept checking her phone to see if Carter had texted. He hadn't. It was getting late and Deliah started to think Carter wasn't coming back. The brunette was devastated. She had started to blast one direction through her speaker as she changed into her satin romper and lace gown.

"NoBoDy CaN coMe bEtweeN yOu and I" Deliah sang off tune.

"somebody get harry styles" Deliah heard and knew exactly who it was.

"Carter!!!!!!!!!!" She squealed jumping into his arms then blushed after her reaction.

"I missed you too" Carter says pecking her forehead.

"I thought you wasn't going to return tonight as its late" Deliah says while asking Dorota for tea.

"That's actually why im here" The man says grabbing her hands.

"I want you to come away with me" 

"Like a trip?" The brunette asks confused.

"No like I want away from Manhattan we can leave for Paris , London wherever as long as its with you" He pleads.

"Carter I want nothing more than to live with you in Paris or London but I cannot just up and leave Manhattan I have responsibilities and so do you" Deliah replies.

"Why can't you, I have never met someone who is so planned out you want a fashion empire and numerous houses around the world with a family on the side its always been your dream, Manhattan is in the way of that let me give you it let me make your dreams come true" Carter begs.

"I have family i'm making a name for myself why can you not complete the dream here in Manhattan" She asks looking into his eyes for answers.

"I ran into some trouble in Hong Kong with gambling they know that i'll be here in Manhattan I couldnt just leave you" Carter answers.

"Are you in debt?" She asks upset by the news.

"Not unless they find me" He responds.

"Carter let me help you i can pay off the debt"

"I dont need the sympathy from you Deliah if we are gonna be together we should be equals be a team" Carter says wound up.

"A team looks out for one and another also you wouldn't need to repay the money you will always be an equal" She starts.

"Deliah you cannot get involved with these men i forbid it" He declares.

"You cannot forbid me anything" She responds.

"If you pay that debt we cannot be together understood..... say you understand deliah" He says angrily.

"I understand... but i cannot go to Paris not yet" She finishes.

"Okay whenever your ready in the next seven months" He says before kissing her goodbye.
