It's been a few hours since we got to the workshop, and Noah's still working on our weapons. He wants to make sure they're the best of the best, since we don't know when and where we could stop to make new ones. I look at Declan as he sits up, "Are you okay?"

"I think I'm good now. It probably affected me so much because I traveled all of us plus the weapons, and because of earlier." He replied, standing up and walking over to Noah, "the stuff is done now, guys."

We walk to where Noah is standing near a table that is completely covered in different types of weapons and armour. He hands out the armour and weapons before looking around.

"I managed to find some blessed metals, just like Artie said. Amber, yours is made out of adamantine, it's extremely strong, and I know it has Imperial Gold in it, but surprisingly, your dad is the Roman form, so that's why. For Holly, Madeleine and I, ours are just Celestial Bronze, there really isn't anything special except it glows when in weapon form," Noah laughed before turning to Declan, "and for you, I made your things out of Stygian Iron. I was able to forge it here because there are a few elements of the Underworld, and some water from the River Styx, since it's my dad's workshop. Since you're the only one who can use it here, I figured it'd be good because it can absorb the essence of whatever you kill. Specialty for the Hades kid."

We all move to hug Noah, and as we step away, some metal rods in a far corner fall and clang together.

"What was that?" Holly asks, jumping behind Noah.

"Maybe an animal? Apparently no one's been in here for a while until us, so it's possible." Noah explains.

Amber quickly grabs a random bow and arrow and gets ready to shoot as I pull out a dagger. We stay still for a couple of minutes and it's completely silent. "Maybe it was just the wind. Let's get settled and stay here until morning, it'll be a lot safer to leave then." I say, putting my dagger away and motioning for Amber to lower her bow.

We all climb up to a loft in the workshop, and see there's giant bean bag chairs, a couple of beds, and some other small things.  "I guess some of us will have to share." Noah says.

"I'll share a bed with someone, that way the rest of you can have your own beds." I say, placing my stuff down beside the bed in the corner before laying down.

"Can I share with Noah?" Holly asks, still holding onto his arms. "What, still scared from the noise? I bet it was a ghost, or y'know, Declan playing around, raising the dea- oW!" Noah gets cut off when Holly slaps the back of his head and drags him to the far bed.

"Okay well then I guess Amber and I get the last two beds." Declan smiles as he walks over to the bed beside mine. "It is kinda late, we should call it a night so we can leave as early as possible."

"Good idea, goodnight everyone, and remember, I am an evil alarm clock so you better get up the first time." I laugh, turning over onto my side with my back to everyone.

After a couple of hours, I wake up to a hand shaking my shoulder, and I open my eyes to see Declan kneeling on the floor beside the bed.

"What is it? It isn't morning yet." I whisper, careful not to wake anyone else up.

"I know," Declan starts before looking behind me, and then back at my face, "I heard the same clanging noise from earlier, it woke me up. I was looking around to see if it was anything, but I couldn't-" he stops mid sentence and freezes with his mouth open.

I sit up slightly and put my hand on his shoulder, "Dec? Are you alright?"

"There's glowing purple eyes behind you." He whispers, not moving his eyes from the wall.

I slowly turn over, when I'm suddenly face to face with bright purple eyes. I slightly gasp and then there's a finger pressed against my lips.

"Hello, darling."
