"The beach, or as I call it my happy place !" she exclaimed again, catching my eyes. I had forgotten how adorable her lovely hazel eyes were, oh how I could get lost in her eyes, depths of secrets unlike the oceans.

"Ummm ok, where to from here?" I asked, trying to hide my excitement.

"You'll find out!" she said, laughing, damn even her laugh was adorable, "follow meeeee!"

She grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the car causing me to run with her all the way down to the water. She was ridiculous, and hilarious, and everything I wanted. She kept me running until she stopped slipping off her shoes and then throwing her sweatshirt off onto the chilled nights sand. Leaving her clad in only her sports bra and her grey shorts, oh my what did she have planned?

"Come on the waters warm," she said, dragging me with her into the warm ocean waters.

"Wait one sec I gotta take off my shoessssss!" I shouted and laughed as she ran into the water.

I threw off my shoes and my dress, leaving me just a clad like her, only in my spandex shorts and my own dark purple sports bra. Running in after her. The water was warm just as she said, I couldn't believe I was doing this with a girl that I had barely known at god knows what time. But it felt right so I just went with it.

"Woooooooo!" she shouted just as she reached her, the water lapping against my thighs. Then without warning she scooped me up and threw me, yes I swear to god, she threw me into the water. But I wasn't gonna let her get too far so I took her with me. I yanked her hand down so we were both on our knees with warm ocean water sliding up to my neck.

"Wow I don't think I've ever done this," I whispered.
"Done what?" Clementine asked a smirk on her face.

"I don't know, I've never gotten coffee at 8 at night, I've never gone to the beach without being able to see the light of day," I sighed, and then whispered, "I've never liked someone so much, and so fast, with someone I've barely known before."

"Wait what?" she asked.

" I don't think i've ever liked a girl like this,'' I whispered but louder this time.

But this time the most surprising answer of all came,

"Me neither," she whispered laughing.

Before I knew it we were both standing up running to the beach, laughing, and smiling.

She threw back on her shoes as did I and just as I reached for my shirt, placed her sweater in my hand and told me to keep it. And I did, I put on that sweater and I loved it, it smelled exactly like her, and that was all I needed.

She grabbed my hand and we ran back to the car, just as she opened my door for me she whispered, "thank you for tonight." And ran around to the otherside of the car.

"I loved this," she whispered

"Not as much as I did, trust me," I whispered back laying my head on her shoulder as she pulled us out of the parking lot. Within minutes I had passed out, tired from all the stress and excitement of today. Today was something I'd never forget and with her something told me I'd never forget a second of any day we spent together, were my thoughts just as I passed out, her perfume on my skin, and a smile on my lips.
