The Arcobaleno, a name synonymous with the rainbow, were gathered for their yearly meeting. After the curse and their sky's betrayal there were a lot of hiccups and adjusting and clean up that had to be done. Because of their physical condition they had become targets but thanks to Reborn's guidance and teamwork they survived and proved why they were considered the strongest. This was 15 years ago and it was also around the same time they decided to go their separate ways with an agreement to meet yearly and report what they were doing.

Reborn who became a de facto leader, "Let us start this 15th Arcobaleno meeting. Who wants to go first?"

Fon, "I wish to announce that I'm now a part of the triads. Or rather the triads fear us and offered me a high position as a peace offering. After much thought I accepted it. It'll help in keeping track of the familigias and their dealings."

Verde, "I'm still working on this curse we are all saddled with but also I have decided to remain an independent scientist with no boss and work on other projects."

Lal Mirch, "The brat (Colonello, "Hey") and I have decided to join Mafia Land for a while and perhaps take over it. Later on I'll consider joining one of the familigias. I haven't decided yet which one though."

Colonello, "I'm interested in Mafia Land and taking over as the head."

Viper, "I was given an offer to join Vongola's independent assassin group, Varia. The pay is good!"

Everyone rolled their eyes. Viper's obsession with money was hilarious and annoying.

Reborn's grin was shark like, "I have decided to carry on my freelance work while at the same time offer Mafia Boss tutoring to heirs."

Everyone gave a collective shudder at that. They remembered the hell tutoring he had given Skull about the laws and intricacies of Mafia world. They also remembered how he had kicked their asses into gear and helped(read hell level tutored) them adjust to their new bodies while he himself was adjusting to it. The poor soul who gets Reborn as a tutor better have a will ready. Ah well! If they can't survive training, they won't survive real life.

Reborn, "Lackey! You have been quiet, too quiet! Why?"

Everyone turned to look at the youngest in the family/group. While they may never say it out loud(they have a reputation). They do care and worry about the youngest especially, considering he was originally a civilian. He had come a long way. Skull looked at his family/mentors and considered his words but then decided to be blunt.

Skull, "I may have accidentally taken over the Carcassa familigia."

Everyone sweat dropped and burst out laughing. Skull ducked his head in embarrassment. He hadn't planned the take over. He was just looking for more business to invest in to help his sky. His sky who was a civilian just like him. He didn't know why he hadn't told the others yet but he figures it's his Cloud Flame possessiveness that was showing it's ugly head. He decided to wait a bit more before telling them.

Reborn's grin was particularly sadistic, evil and proud. He was probably the only one who could pull that off, "Well done Lackey! I knew all those lessons would pay off!"

Viper, "If you need help managing the accounts, I'm willing to help, for a fee of course."

Colonello, "Damn not bad. Guess we have to step up our game Lal!"

Lal Mirch, "Quiet brat. This also means our Lackey can no longer be considered or called a civilian like certain people think." She was still miffed with that one familigia who thought Skull would be an easy target just because of his background. She's an overprotective mama bear, sue her.

Fon gave a serene smile while Verde nodded his head in respect. Skull looked at his make shift family. They were not perfect. They were hurt and broken, but they were his family. Maybe soon his sky can be part of it too.

Skull all of a sudden felt a shiver down his spine that made him loose focus only for Reborn to hit him and demand he paid attention to the rest of the meeting.

They half wondered if the reason the Hitman decided to become a tutor was because he was the one who taught Skull and already knew about his accomplishment. Nothing ever stays hidden from him especially when it came to his student.

Skull for some reason however felt like he should run away as fast as he could. Not from the others no. But from an angry father. He doesn't know why he felt that way. Maybe he should visit his sky. He always felt better after making sure he was okay.
