Chapter Nine

Katyln's P.O.V.
I was in the shower to get my mind off the breakup. It really didn't help though, I didn't sing in the shower, which is unusual for me. I sing in the shower all the time, now I just wanted to be silent. The thing is I was so distracted by my thinking that I forgot my shirt in my room. All I had was a sports bra, so I walked into my room with just a sports bra on and yoga pants. Then when I walked into my I looked out the window and saw Justin sitting on his window sill.
He scared me, and plus my window was open. He gave a huge smile. At that moment I then remembered I was only wearing a sports bra. My face heated really fast. I went to my dresser and found nothing that I could wear. I went to my brothers room and got a black shirt from his dresser. When I walked back into the room, Justin was sitting on my bed. He was... LOOKING AT THE PICTURES ON MY PHONE!!! They are really embarrassing too because they at selfies. I felt my self blushing again. Wait, how does he know the password to my phone. "Why aren't you at school?" I asked.
"I could ask you the same," he said.
"I didn't feel good." That was a lie.
"I heard what happened, so don't play dumb."
"You did?"
"Yeah."
"Oh."
"I'm sorry."
"For what you didn't cheat on me with Jessica."
"But I should have warned you that he was a player. I should have protected you."
"It's fine. It isn't you fault, so stop apologizing."
"He didn't deserve me, he deserved better."
"You're right he didn't deserve you, he deserved worse. Plus you didn't cheat on him, so why are you saying that."
"I don't know, and you never told me why you aren't at school."
"Well I heard what happened, so I... punched Bryan in the face." She looked really shocked, but she did smile.
"I shouldn't be smiling."
"It's fine, I understand."
"Justin."
"Yeah."
"I love you."
"I love you too."
"I am so glad you're my friend."

Justin's P.O.V.
"Yeah, I'm glad you're mine too," I said sort of disappointed. Then she did something that surprised me, she kissed me (on the lips). She just gave me a light kiss though. Then she pulled away, even though I didn't want to I did for her.
"I'm sorry," she said.
"It's fine," I said.
"You should probably..." I didn't let her finish, I kissed her more. I could tell she was shocked though, but she still kissed me back. The kiss wasn't like the kisses I use to get from Jessica, these were better. At this moment I knew I loved Katyln, but does she feel the same. We broke apart from each other, and with that I went through her window to mine.
"Justin," she said.
"Yeah," I replied.
"I love you in a friend way," she said with a wink. I smiled and went to my room, and we smiled at each other one more time before we left our windows.
