Levi awoke the next day feeling groggy, for he had missed too many hours of sleep.
Immediately he got up, dressed, and headed to the cabin where he found out he was early.
Levi took out some breakfast anyway and gobbled it hungrily; the drama over Eren last night had decidedly made him ravenous.
Erwin quickly entered the cabin too, and raised his bushy eyebrows as his vision landed on Levi's dark circles. "Levi? Are you alright?" He asked in a soft tone, grabbing some breakfast for himself.
"Fine," Levi snapped, sounding more rude then he intended to.
Erwin shot him a look of worry before patting his head and sitting down at a table, where Mike and the others met him a bit after.
Levi sighed. He really didn't mean to sound that harsh. But it's in your nature, remember? A little voice in his head told him.
The Captain finished his breakfast and decided he would go apologize to Eren, and try to make him understand just why he was making him take pills.
Levi sighed as he walked all the way to the boys room, where he heard quite a lot of noise, and just by standing on the other side of the door. Levi knocked.
Armin opened the door and a look of surprise also flashed across his face. "Oh, good morning, Heiichou."
"Send Eren out here right now," Levi snapped his fingers to show off his impatience and frowned at all the ruckus. "Who-lost-what in there?" He asked, his frown hardening to a glare.
"Oh, well, you see, we're all looking for Eren, sir! He went missing in the middle of the night and-"
"What?!" Levi spluttered. "Eren went missing?!"
"Y-yes sir," Armin replied.
Levi was hit with a feeling of dizziness, and his hand flew up to the side of the doorway to cling onto. Immediately, Levi turned and ran as fast as he could to his own room, ignoring Armin's shouts.
Levi searched his room wildly, but the bottle of pills were no longer there. "Eren!" He cried, shooting up on his feet and dashing out of the cabin.
If he didn't act fast now, in the next few seconds Eren could be lying on the ground.
Overdosed.
