Call 911 now Amy yelled.

Andrea lifted the motorcycle off of gabby.

Gabby screamed she was in so much pain she couldn't talk or move.

What hurts Ty asked trying to stay calm.

He didn't want her to think she was in trouble or that he was mad.

Gabby groaned she couldn't get the words out.

Gabby we need to know what hurts otherwise we can't help you Amy said.

My back is all gabby could manage to get out .

Okay we're going to get you help Amy said.

Okay gabby said in pain.

A few minutes later the ambulance arrived .

Amy went with gabby in the ambulance ,Ty followed in the truck and they left the kids with Jack.

Gabby never lost consciousness but Amy thought it would almost be better if she did.

She just kept screaming.

Amy felt so bad for her.

Even though gabby wasn't her biological daughter she loved her like she was her own.

When they got to the hospital the paramedics  immediately took gabby to the trauma unit.

On his way to the hospital Ty called Clint to inform him of the accident.

Clint made his way to the hospital.

A few x rays revealed that gabby's back was broken.

Clint explained to Amy and Ty that he needed talk to gabby  because depending on what happened a situation of this severely could be grounded for removal and they were also at risk of losing their foster license.

After talking to determined that the whole situation was just an unfortunate accident  and there was no reason for removal.

Then he left.

Amy and Ty went to check on gabby.

Gabby told Amy and Ty what happened and was surprised that they weren't mad at her.

They were both more concerned about her.

Did they really care gabby thought to herself.

Is it possible that they actually gave a damn about her and weren't just using her.

She had never experienced anything like that before.

A moment later gabby realized she wasn't in pain .

In fact she couldn't l from her ower back down.

I can't feel anything from my lower back down gabby panicked.

It's okay sweetheart you're paralyzed Amy said.

Paralyzed gabby quietly repeated.

She started crying.

What am I going to gabby asked through tears.

What do you mean Ty asked.

I go through this on my own gabby sobbed.

Your not going to you have us Amy said.

Yeah we're here and we love you Ty said.

You what gabby asked not sure she'd heard him correctly.

We love you Amy and repeated.

No one has ever said that to me before gabby said quietly.

Amy stood up and kissed gabby's forehead in response.
