Coral never wanted to move from her home in Wyoming. She loved it there. She didn't have any friends because she was a shy girl, but she liked it that way. Small towns with friendly people. But when she came home from school to find boxes she broke down. She didn't want to move to the big city. So many people and places. Too many people and places.
Daniel didn't want to move either. He liked Jersy. He liked the snow. He didn't want to leave all his friends and completely start over. In Jersy he was popular. He knew so many people and he didn't want to say goodbye. But apparently he was moving to California and he couldn't do anything about it.
Coral James was in apartment 19 on the second story.
Daniel was in apartment 20 on the second story.
Johnny was in his big house far away living his best life. He had money, good grades, and Ali Mills his girlfriend. He was top of his class and top student at his dojo. Most people liked and looked up to him. He had girls chasing after him but there was only one in his eye. Or so he thought.
Coral didn't want anything in California, especially friends. She wanted to be alone.
But that would most definitely change.
