Eri told the boy to go back to bed, and she would keep the demon away from any humans until dawn. He tried to refuse, but she only shook her head, he had had enough adventure for one week.

Despite the constant fighting of the demon, and the fact he tore her arm off, Eri didn't let the dog like demon escape her grasp. She kept him on the ground as she sat above him with her shoe blades stuck in the wood to prevent her from being thrown off of him. "Akaza told you to follow me, didn't he?" She growled back viciously. She pushed on his body and broke the wooden flooring. "That bastard. Well, anyways, you're not making it out of here alive." Her once ferocious demeanor was gone and a soothing and sweet one took over. "I do feel bad for you, you didn't know what you were getting yourself into, but you came into my territory. Humans protected by me are off limits to all demons. If a demon does attack a human currently being protected by yours truly, I have the freedom to kill them as I please, permission granted by Muzan. And you just so happen to of attacked that boy. Naughty demon, how shall I punish you?" The smile that tainted her sweet eyes contradicted her words. She felt no remorse for the demon. Not in that moment.

"I-I didn't know! I swear! Please spare me!" He pleaded for his life.

Eri's smile changed and she shook her head softly. "Do you know where I happen to be?" She said softly. He shook his head, "This is a place that demon slayers stay to get treated. So even if I do let you go, it would be likely one of the demon slayers would catch you anyways. So why not die by my hand instead of theirs?" Her sharp teeth glowed and her nails sharpened like her words did. She didn't even need to pierce him for him to start yelping in pain. "You're being to loud, shut up."

Eri took out two of her knives and stabbed the demons shoulders, keeping them in place. She then took out the other two and threw them at the wall so they lined up. They were low and once she tapped the hilt of one of the knives piercing his shoulder a red line showed up connecting the two knives stuck in the wall. Her face was plain, "I don't need to tell you what this does, do I? Since I don't, I'm going to take a little nap. Wake me up and you'll die immediately." She laid her head on his chest and closed her eyes, and within minutes she was fast asleep. The demon didn't dare move, so until morning the two stayed like that.

Eri woke up to the small taps of Tanjiro. He seemed frightened of the scene and didn't get too close. She sat up, fully aware of what it must have looked like. Rubbing her eyes, she spoke softly, "Oh, hey Tanjiro. Did you sleep fine? I hope his wailing didn't wake you."

"Oh! Uh, I slept fine! Why is there a demon under you?" He asked nervously.

"Oh, he followed me here, and I couldn't necessarily kill him without a blade like yours, so I was going to wait until morning and drag him into the sun." The demon under her winced at her words. "Don't worry, though, I explained all of that to him last night!" She smiled brightly and took the knives out of the wall. She then took the ones from his shoulder out and ripped her shoes from the ground. The demon immediately tried to escape, but it was pointless. He began running towards Rengoku's room looking for a snack. As he got to the door, Eri took her knives and tackled him, breaking the door down and stabbing him in the back. Rengoku looked surprised for multiple reasons, the fact that Eri's face was so ruthless and full of anger, and the fact there was a demon there in the first place.

"I already told you, attack a human when I'm near and you'll die, dumbass!" She yelled and pushed the knife further into his back. "You already tried to attack Zenitsu and took my arm in the process, but don't you dare think that means you're stronger than me!" Rengoku was confused, but didn't butt in. He wanted to see how she would go about killing him. Her eyes softened just a little, "I truly am sorry that Akaza sent you after me, but I'm not going back. I don't care if Muzan himself comes after me, I'll kill him as well," her knife went further as the demon coughed up blood, "Please remember this for your next life, no matter how strong you are, my demon blood art will obliterate every demon Muzan throws at me. Have a safe trip to the afterlife, your existence as a demon was pointless." Her words were cruel, but the look in her eyes were gentle. It was to encourage the demon in his next life to resist the urge of eternal life.
