"F-felix," Marzia sobbed into her hands as she stood alone, the middle of nothingness. He was dead. In front of her, he was dead. She didn't dare look up, she couldn't-
"Marzia!" Felix exclaimed. She snapped into focus. He looked at her. "Marzia, are you-"
"F-felix," she cried, throwing her arms around him, but her arms closed around nothingness. He was gone.
Then her eyes- for real- snapped open. She was back. Marzia looked up at the hospital ceiling. Sadness flooded her and she sat there, barely hearing the conversation in the hallway.
"I need to see her-"
"I'm sorry sir, she's sleeping. Although, it is strange... It must be a coincidence."
"It's no coincidence!"
"Come back in a few hours, maybe she'll be awake by then."
"No, I'm staying here. Please- Please, inform me as soon as she wakes up."
"Fine."
The conversation ended and footsteps echoed away. The door opened and a nurse tiptoed in. "Ms. Bisognin, are you awake?" she asked quietly. Marzia glanced at her for a moment and then stared back off into space. The nurse understood that she was awake. "You have a visitor. Shall I let him in?" Marzia pressed her fingertips against her throat. The nurse quickly walked out of the room and returned with a glass of water, which Marzia quickly gulped down. After she finished her drink, she said,"Why would anyone want to visit me...? No one's been here for... I don't even know how long."
"He said he knew you from a very special time... I know you wouldn't be able to remember, but maybe it will strike a memory. Would you like to see him?"
"What's his name?"
"Felix. His name is Felix Kjellberg, Marzia."
Marzia gasped softly. "Felix," she whispered. This couldn't posisibly be him, the one who visited her dreams... Or reality... was it?
"Let him in."
