There were a lot more people in cabin eleven then I thought there would be. I mean a lot. There where sleeping bags all over the floor, because all the bunk beds were full. Apparently, what cabin you're in depends on your godly parent, and the half-bloods who didn't know who there parent was went to the Hermes cabin. cabin 11. Because Hermes is the god of travelers or something. That was why there where so many people. Annabeth had told me all this on the way here. As we walked in I heard someone mumble something like, Not another one! Annabeth handed me a bag, which she had gotten from the camp store. In it was A camp  t-shirt, Jean shorts, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a hairbrush, and other essentials. She told me she would see me in the morning, and left me in the crowded cabin.
"Hey! I'm Connor, son of Hermes." Someone said. I looked to my right and saw a boy about the some age as me.
  "Hi, I'm..Helena, daughter of.....i don't know." I said awkward.
"You'll find out soon, in the meantime you can sleep over there."Connor said, pointing to a sleeping bag in the corner of the cabin. "Sorry, all the bunks are full" he said.
"It's fine, I don't care" I said, walking to the spot where he had pointed to. I sat down, and to my surprise, Connor sat down on the empty sleeping bag next to me. "So...how long does it usually take to be claimed?" I asked shyly. Connor sighed.
"Who knows, sometimes if your lucky, the day you get here or a few days after. But it can take months......or years. And sometimes....never."
"oh...." I didn't know what to say.
"But don't worry, you'll have fun here." I nodded, but I really wanted to know who my dad was.
  "Wait...Isn't this a summer camp? Shouldn't you all...u know...be at school?"
"Most of us are, Percy and Annabeth just came here after they got you, and some of us stay all year, i do. But there have been so many new demigods coming recently, and there all in here." He told me. "Just What tell next month, hopefully some of these kids get claimed before then, or I don't think we'll have enough room in here for rest of the Hermes kids" i was really hoping to be claimed before school got out next month, I hate being in a room with tons of people. it was bad now,I didn't know what I would do if more people had to be crammed in here. "Well, I guess I'll Leave you alone. It's getting late, you should probably get some sleep." Connor said, he got up and went to his bed. I laid down. I tossed and turned for what seemed like an hour, but I finally fell asleep. I drifted of thinking about who my dad could possibly be.
