Greetings! This will be a start of a book I've been wanting to create for quite a while now, and finally, I have a done what idea of how it's gonna play out!
Anyways I promised info, here ya go:
Connie will be a mage in this book, and if you don't know, a mage is a person who studies&performs magic! But in the beginning of this novel, she will be in practice!
Pearl will be a abandoned familiar (I'll get to that later) who found Connie and saw potential in her, and promised to train her to be a decent mage. I'll post a art picture of pearl tomorrow so you'll get a better understanding of how she looks!
Familiars: ah yes the confusing one. Some of you already know but for those who don't, familiars are basically pets connected to a person, like for example,
A cat is a familiar to a witch!
But there's more, these familiars will be the gemstones that you find while casting a certain powerful spell, and based upon your level of knowledge and practice, you'll either get a very basic gem (ruby, aquamarine, etc.)
To a very powerful gem (diamonds, jaspers, quartz, etc.)
Now diamond gems are very difficult, for they take years to even achieve the level of where there locatable. (Keep that in mind)
Now you may be wondering, WHERES Steven?! Well, he'll be here eventually, I just don't want to spoil anything just yet!
