By the time theater ended, Dipper had grown extremely tired of Gideon Gleeful. So instead of waiting for his sister, who was walking with the annoyingly southern albino, he sped ahead and disappeared into the crowd of tired teens. Besides, he had to meet up with Will.

Change of plans, meet me by the east bathrooms

Dipper sighed and turned left into a less crowded hallway. The east bathrooms, luckily, were close to the gym. He turned left again into another hallway, one that was even less crowded than the one he had just gone through. It probably had to do with the fact that all of the school officials' offices were on one side of the hallway.

Will waved from next to the boy's bathroom. Dipper speed walked over to where he was standing and leaned against the wall.

"So, why'd you want to talk?" Dipper asked.

Will tapped furiously into his phone and showed it to Dipper after a minute. You've had a run-in with Illumni.

Dipper stiffened. "How did you know about that?" he asked suspiciously.

Will shrugged. I saw you the other day at the library. Bill didn't see you, but I did.

Dipper loosened a bit. "Oh, is that it?"

No. I just want to tell you to be careful around him, he's dangerous.

Dipper winced. "I know, he hasn't done anything to me yet."

Will was about to type something into his phone when Bill's voice called out, "Will! There you are, I've been looking up and down and all around the school for you!" he said, running up to the bluenette. Will quickly shoved his phone into his pocket as the blonde put his arm around his brother's shoulders and leaned on him.

"Whatcha two doing?" he asked, looking back and forth between Dipper and Will.

"Just getting to know each other a bit more," Dipper said, playing the situation off casually. The look of panic in Will's eyes as Bill came running up told him not to tell Bill about their little chat. Dipper looked down at his watch. "Ah, I have to go to Geometry. I'll catch up with you guys later," he said with a smile before turning and walking away.

As he walked away, he glanced behind him. Bill stood, hunched over and leaning on Will still. Dipper couldn't see their faces due to their backs being turned to him, but it looked like they were still talking. No biggie, they're brothers after all.

Dipper continued down the hallways, blending into the more crowded area of the math and English hallway.

"Didn't you hear? He's missing," a girl's voice said from next to Dipper.

"Nah, Sixer wouldn't just disappear like that," another kid said.

Dipper felt his mind go numb. Sixer wasn't missing. No way, he couldn't be. Once villains heard about this, they'd go crazy! He pushed his way to the geometry classroom and slid into his seat in the second row.

The bell rang, and Dipper leaned on his hand and spaced out as the teacher began handing out the tests they took last week.

Sixer is missing. That's all that could occupy his mind. The number 1 hero, the symbol of everything great in the world, Dipper's idol, had gone missing. It didn't seem right. Maybe he got injured in a fight? No, that wasn't right either, Sixer was too good for that. Maybe an ability backfired on him, but it wouldn't put him out for that long, right? He decided to do more research later instead of sending himself down a spiral of panic. Besides, he was in class and he had a test to go over.
