A/N: Tried to write a one shot/short story type. Hope you all enjoy. By the way Joni is pronounced as Yoni.

"Don't you think may mali sa table number four?" Trish bumped her elbow on Joni's side.
He was busy calculating another table in our thesis. I looked at them over my slipping eyeglasses. I was busy on my own copyediting the first three chapters. Joni was mumbling something as he turned towards Trish. Sila ang magkatabi sa kabilang side ng table habang ako naman ay nakaharap sa kanila.
"Let me see." He said in his manly voice.
I saw Trish bit her lips. I'd do the same, but I was trying my best not too. I ended up swallowing back my saliva.
"There oh. Hindi ba dapat point 75 siya?" Trish scooted near him as she pointed the numbers.
Joni automatically placed his other arm behind Trish's chair as he indulged her how the computation was made. It hurt my heart. I had to look back to my own laptop screen. I wasn't good in numbers so I can't help them much in that area. I was barely passing our math classes while they were both acing them.
Suddenly, my phone rang. Both looked up at me.
"Sorry. Sagutin ko lang. Si mommy tumatawag." I excused myself.
Tumango ang dalawa sa akin and went back bickering about the computation.
I didn't go too far away from them. I answered the phone where I could still see them. Sumasakit ang puso ko. My mind was flying to them as I my mom talked to me.
They look good together. I feel more of a third wheel than a part of our trio best friends circle. When my mom's call was done, I head to the counter to order another cup of coffee.
"Sorry Miss but I can't help thinking if I met you before?" A guy asked as I finished giving my orders while he paid for his.
"Not really." I blushed.
He was quite a looker. He has the menacing bad boy look. He has the multiple piercing on both his ears. He just chuckled before he strikes up a conversation as I wait for our order.
Medyo sanay na ako. A lot of people say I'm really pretty and I am just humble about it. Sometimes people thought I was a celebrity too when they see me. I am still denying the fact that I did one or two commercials.
The guy, his name is Kiko, was funny. I can't help laughing at his banats and pick-up lines.
"Grabe ka. Ang dami kong pick-up line and yet you won't let me have your number." He chuckled.
"I'm sorry pero I don't really give out my number to strangers. You know naman. Stranger Danger." I squinted my eyes to him.
He acted like his heart was hurting when he clutched his chest. He was over dramatic and it made me laugh.
"Ouch pero sige na nga. See you around, Lourie." He bid goodbye as I walked back to my group's table.
When my eyes went back to the table, my heart started hurting again. The two were whispering and giggling as they watched me. I rolled my eyes at them.
"Uyyyy who was that?" Trish giddily asked while I was sitting down.
"Hindi ko alam. He said his name was Kiko." I nonchalantly shrugged.
"Iba talaga ganda ng best friend natin ano, Joni?" Trish chuckled as he elbowed him.
"Ganda ka?" Supalpal ni Joni sa akin.
"Aish. Jealous?" I sarcastically scoffed at him.
"Wait until people know how bobo you are." Trashtalk ni Joni ulit sa akin.
"Ang harsh ni Boss." Trish laughed it out.
"Sorry kayo. Ang ganda ng best friend niyo." I whipped my imaginary hair on my shoulder.
They both chuckled and we went back to working on our thesis.
