eda x child! Mermaid! reader

This one gonna be short.

Eda pov
Luz , king, and me were geeling very bored sitting at home everyday so we went to the lake and cooled down,  the boling isles is hot but the lake is ice cold.

Sitting down on pne of the rocks, watching luz so she didn't fall somewhere in the deeper parts.
When I looked farther out I saw a girl splashing in the deep parts.
I grabbed my staff and pulled her over to me.
Little did I know that it was a mermaid.

"Hey,  are you ok?" I asked as I lifted her out of the water.
I almost dropped her when I saw her tail.
She was from an important family of mermaids, in fact the girl might be the kings daughter.
I placed her on pne of the rocks and bowed down saying multiple apologies to her.
She looked at me with confusion and sadness.
"Are you ok?" I asked feeling embarrassed that I just interuppted a princess.
She started to cry and that made me feel bad.
" I'm sorry, I didn't mean to pull you out of the water" I said, she didn't answer.
A few moment's later she started to talk.
" it's not your fault, It's mine" she said as the flow of tears stopped.

"What happened?" I asked as I held the girl in a hug, she snuggled into my chest and said that she didn't want to talk about it.
We just held each other until the sun set, it got really cold at night so I had to take luz home, but king was fine .

We both kept meetingup there for momths until she just disappeared, the I never saw her again.
