I been mia from everybody over the last few days because I had no one but Danielle. I was beginning to gain interest but I'm sure she wasn't feeling the same. She even hooked me up with a gig with security for the club with KO. Even though KO was her personal bodyguard damn how much I wanted to show her how I could put it down.
Tonight after work I planned on cooking at my homeboy bbq at his house to show her a little about Brooklyn. The moment we both got off we headed for the grocery store. Danielle has look good tonight as always when I seen her but she had on brown dress including her creme boots with accessories.

I just walked behind her in the store as we went over to the frozen food area to grab some chicken to bbq. After me we headed for the liquor area now I was good on being a drinker but I didn't mind educating her on a little of what I know. She went to grab the Jack Daniels bottle.
"Oh I see you like Jack to hu trying to be like me amd shit."
She laughed walking to the register before responding.
"Oh please my father owns a club dont get it twisted."
While we made our way to checkout. I got to the register I felt like the wind was knocked out me when I saw Jasmine waddling around. When we made eye contact she left her buggie as she began to speed walk the opposite way and instantly I took off leaving Danielle to be ringed up next.
I jogged up to her with Danielle a short distance from where I was but she seen me though the glass. As I followed Jasmine I felt the pain from the other day in my heart.
"Leave me the fuck alone Derek I don't want to see or hear anything you got to say she said ten steps ahead of me."
I never put my hands on a woman but I felt no remorse. Her comment is what ticked me off knowing she knew why I was following her. Quickly my adrenaline had kicked in when I grabbed Jas by her neck pinning her between two cars.

Not even a minute after Danielle was running out telling me to let her go. Following Danielle eyes a white women stared at us and we gave her a look to tell her to mind her business. Scared to death she got into a vehicle to leave. Everything in me told me to choke Jasmine ass out but I didnt. Everyday after finding out bout her and Omar I was hurt. See back in the day me, Cam my homeboy, and Omar who was like my brother we grew up ran the block hit a few licks together. While I was doing my bid for a little 4 years she came to visit. After me and her was like Bonnie and Clyde in my mind. Now I think she was fucking him all along. Danielle came over to tell me to leave her alone but I couldn't.

From a distance I saw the security officer from the store heading over so I ran and Danielle was behind me. We got into my charger and pulled off leaving Jasmine in the rearview mirror standing talking to the security guard. Danielle wasn't speaking much but it was as though she was embarrassed. I let her cool off and broke the silence when I finished backed up into my homeboy Cam driveway after a 30 minute ride. Killing the ignition I called out to her.

She agreed shaking her head no like none of what I did phase her. It creeped me out in a way I just felt like she had my back regardless. Danielle got out and I did as well grabbing things out my backseat we brought. As we went to the side fence to follow the entrance to the back I heard music and felt relaxed. The air was cool but still felt good for a bbq I knew right now I needed a drink or a blunt.
The gate opened to Cam coming over to speak with me. Before he could talk to Danielle I told her have a seat let me holler at him. Cam seem confused but didn't know what to expect. He was the cause of me being hurt in the first place for not being there but I didn't have no hard feelings I just knew that I was glad I found out what I did. I followed Cam over to his back porch while he rolled a blunt. It took him a minute to grind and after we began our smoke session. I folded my arms across my chest to get comfortable because this was some drama I had to drop on him.
"So check it bruh Omar has his homeboy jump me at his party. And I gave saved by the chick I'm with tonight who's the manager of the club. The fuck up part is I found out the baby aint mines. Yo to top it off nigga I seen Jas in the store bout 30 minutes ago and bout choked her ass out."
Cam reaction was shocking so I just needed to see his reaction before I acted out. Now I know when he lied because he'll start rocking back and forth. We been friends long enough for me to know that about him. Still standing still he apologized with sincerity in his voice .
"I'm sorry bruh about errything and you knew I would've ve had your back if I came. See this fine bitxh came over and we fucked all night before she left for LA the next day. Still enough about me mane what you gone about Omar because I'm sure she told him."
I took a puff of the blunt and another before passing it off.
