Through the course of the night, Taehyung could help but notice how close Yugyeom and Jungkook were being. It didn't necessarily make him angry, but he knew it didn't strike a good cord within him either. They seemed like they've known each other for years compared to the few weeks like Jungkook had said.

Hmm, Taehyung wondered about Yugyeom, he didn't know him very well, but if he was good friends with Jungkook it wouldn't kill him to try.

The best way to lighten any mood at a college party, came from alcohol, Taehyung headed for the back patio to grab three beers before making his way to the pong table. Both Jungkook and Yugyeom were chatting away waiting for the next beer pong game to start, Taehyung smiled as he made his way to them.

"Baby!" Jungkook smile light up upon seeing Taehyung, he hadn't seen him the entire night with everyone calling him left and right. His eyes and nose scrunching up even more as he was handed a beer from Taehyung, and he saw his boyfriend handing Yugyeom one as well. "I've missed you all night!"

"You both are the cutest, no wonder they named you both the power couple," Yugyeom looked between the pair, as Jungkook fished his arm around Taehyung's waist, placing a soft kiss on his elders neck.
He couldn't deny the way it made him feel, the way Jungkook had his arm around him in front of Yugyeom. It made him smile even more causing his infamous boxy smile to show.

That smile, Jungkook thought, I can never get enough of it.

"We were talking about the plans we were making for summer before we start are ever so boring jobs," Jungkook squeezed Taehyung's waist, wanting him to join in on their conversation.

Of course, Taehyung and Jungkook have been planning all their senior year for an ultimate trip together. Around the world in 60 days, it was exciting that they would be spending all summer in new places. He's been wanting to gush about it to someone else that's NOT Jimin, so Taehyung definitely took the opportunity with Yugyeom.

"YES!" Taehyung throwing his head back pumping the air, "it's going to be AMAZING! We have a whole itinerary written up, we just need to buy our flights, but we're waiting until we hear back on these job offers."

Yugyeom nodded his head and smiled at how Taehyung filled with enthusiasm. Jungkook had a surprise to set up for his love, so he left the two to talk.

**Jungkook POV**

After leaving the two to talk, you walked over to where Jimin was chatting with Hoseok. "Psst..." you were hiding behind a pillar trying to get Jimin's attention.
Hearing the intrusion, he rolled his eyes, asking Hoseok to hand on just a minute. He made his way towards you, eyes wide with urgency to get back to his date.
You held up wrist and tapped on it. His face changed flashing you a huge grin.

"OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD," he started saying over and over. Shushing him you dragged him to the room Taehyung and you shared. You motioned him to quiet down, at this point he was going to ruin it. "Okay okay, I'm sorry I'm just so excited!" He whispered.

-Flash Back-

After the first year of Taehyung and you dating, you had called Jimin to meet him at the park down the road from your apartment. He had greeted you with a wave as he sat across from you at the picnic table.

"What did you need that you HAD to drag me out on a early Saturday morning?" he checked his watch, reading the time as 9:06 AM.

Even if it was early, it was the only time you had before Taehyung woke up for his weekend painting class in an hour. He had started volunteering at the nearest youth center, offering underprivileged students free sessions. It made you made you love him more, he had such a kind heart.

"I'm sorry to drag you from Hoseok, but I need to talk to you like IMMEDIATELY!" you remembered the night before, making love to your boyfriend, realizing that he was the one. "Okay, I know Taehyung and I have only dated for a year, Jimin," you grabbed your elders hand, which caused him to look at you confused.
"Jungkook I should warn you, I am NOT interested in you," he tried to remove his hands, but you gripped them tighter.

You couldn't help but laugh, "NO! Jimin I called you here, because I want to purpose to Taehyung!" You paused, giving him time to process. His eyes widened when it hit him.

"JUNGKOOK?! You want to MARRY Taehyung?! I'm happy, but you've only been dating a year!"
Waving your hands in the air to stop him from talking, "No!" Chuckling, "I just KNOW I want to, he's everything Jimin. He is the most beautiful person I know, he has a heart of gold, he makes my heart sputter, and he drives me crazy all at the same time. I loved him at the beginning and I love him now, and I will continue for the rest of our lives. Jimin," grabbing his hands again, "I want to purpose, but at the end of university."

He lets go and crosses his arms over his chest, here comes the protective best friend questions. "And what makes you think you'll be together in 3 years?" He smirked.

"Even if we break up, which I know we won't, I will fight for him. He's my life, and what better way to ask for the love of my life's hand in marriage than with the help of his best friend to plan to whole thing?," you looked into Jimin's with pleading eyes.

He purses his lips, you could see the corners of his mouth fighting for hide a smile. Slowly he nodded his head, "OKAY. I will help you, but only if y'all make it to the end, got it?"

You clapped your hands in the air, and got up to run and hug Jimin. He smiled as he willingly wrapped his arms around you.
